Flight AV 244 - Bogota - JFK - no free water. At the emergency exit, they left a girl who was vomiting and so sick that they had to give her water when that person would be responsible for opening that door in case of an emergency. But not only that, they don't let you bring water on board to later charge you $3 dollars for a bottle. They demand a mask but more than half of the passengers don't use it. I will never use Avianca again.

Terrible customer service on their call center. Calls keep disconnecting and they don’t follow up on customer issues. Wouldn’t recommend this airline. I guess you get what you pay for.
