Could not recommend them enough! Judy is absolutely fabulous for grooming, the only person I will go to for haircuts as my dog adores her, and she is very consistent and makes him look adorable. Sarah the owner is so kind and friendly and they have a great selection of products too.

This store USED to be fantastic! Sarah was a delight.friendly and knowledgeable. I previously highly recommended this store.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend any longer. Sarah, through no fault of her own, hasn't been able to be at the store. I realized this and continued to support her and the store.

However, her mom is the one that is often in the store and she can honestly be just plain rude at times. Things aren't followed up on and honestly, there are other stores that offer the same things with better customer service.

I had hoped my experiences were isolated. But, they're not. I have friends that have recently told me they experienced the same poor service when Sarah isn't there.

Ella, the groomer at Bark and Fitz, groomed my Yorkie Poo today. She was honestly, the most thorough groomer that I have ever had. When I arrived to pick up my dog, not only was my dog comfortably nestled in Ella's arms but she wasn't shaking.and she is always shaking when I pick her up from Grooming. I highly recommend not only the friendly people at Bark and Fitz, but I especially recommend Ella. Thanks for making my day and taking care of my sweet little dog!

The staff of this shop provide outstanding customer service. They are all so knowledgeable when it comes to getting the right things for your pets and figuring out what the problem could be. Not to mention they carry the coolest toys and treats that are just different from the other stores.

We always like to support local businesses and this one certainly deserves a 10/10!

Sarah at Bark and Fitz is utterly amazing and goes above and beyond to ensure her customers and fur babies are welcome taken care of.

I called today after picking up a stray new pup who desperately needed a bath and nail trim before bringing her home. Even though her groomer was not in the shop she told me to come on in and she would see what we could do. Not only did she trim her nails but she removed 4 ticks from her and helped her get all bathed and clean. This little pup was pretty fearful well of pretty well everything g including people and noise but Sarah showed her kindness and patience and got her through the experience with little to no stress.

In a world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past that’s certainly is not how their staff operates. If you are looking for a pet store where you and your fur baby are treated like family. Look no further. Thank you so much for your help today. We can’t thank enough.

The owner and her family are amazing. We own a small business as well and we know how much work it takes to succeed. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

How can I give 6 Stars? Sarah gives a personalized approach to each customer who comes in her store. She somehow knows all the dogs names, all their food and favorite toys. My dog Monty I'm pretty sure has a crush on her! All and all a fantastic store with the best customer service in town.

This is such a great friendly pet store. Sarah is such a pleasure to deal with. She always recommends great products and our dog lives visiting the store.

We have been taking our dog to Bark and Fitz for over a year now. Sarah is extremely knowledgable about food and skin care products for him. Have had success with his diet where vet has failed. All of the groomers are fabulous! Our dog looks great every time. Definitely recommend this place.

Great experience for our first grooming visit today. We were welcomed and our little guy was out at ease right away. He happily followed along without hesitation. He can be a bit of a ball of energy, but Ella was great with him and did a great job on his cut. We will definitely be returning.

I won’t take my dog to this place anymore. They kept my dog for 3,5 hours and after he was so nervous and scared.

Every time I take my dog here she is so excited to go in! Every one who works here is so kind and gentle with the dogs and treats them like royalty

I can’t say enough about the wonderful service and staff in London’s Bark and Fitz. I take my dog to be groomed here as well as regularly shop the store’s wonderful selection of merchandise. They are devoted to providing an amazing experience for all (animal and human alike) who enter the store. The level of personalized service given by the owner of this location is amazing. Not only is Sarah genuinely helpful and attentive but she is always willing to order things in for me on a regular basis.
The groomers are just as attentive and I appreciate the fact that safety for the animals and themselves is a high priority, as should be the case. From day one, Judy took me into the grooming area (which in many places is off limits) for a consult regarding the cut I wanted for my Gus. She is dedicated to making the dogs look just the way the owner wants. She is also very kind and loving to the dogs. I have no worries leaving Gus in her capable hands.
This store deserves notice for the level of personalized customer service provided. I highly recommend the experience given when walking through Bark and Fitz’s friendly doors. Don’t hesitate to give this store/groomers a chance.

I think that forcing clients to get more shots for their dogs before any services is irresponsible to say the least. Will you foot the bill for health issues related to this advice?
