Unfortunately, you get what you oay for. I never leave bad reviews but I will leave this one as I want to make sure other people don't buy the black paint products from bath depot. We ordered 3 different bathroom items (free standing faucet for tub, vanity with black hardware, and glass shower with black roller door). ALL items have lost some of their paint, it is chipping away badly. We have had the items for less than 2 years, took amazing care if it, and didn't use strong cleaning products - and they are all chilping. Bath Depot only provides a year warranty on the black paint - which we didn't realize in the fine prints. We ordered a black paint shower head from a different supplier, and no issues with that one. I wish we didnt buy from Bath Depot.

Renovating 2 Bathrooms with young children is challenging! Bath Depot's staff were patient, understanding and genuinely cared about our experience picking out more than 20 items!

When the materials were delivered, unfortunately we did receive a broken item. Bath Depot seemed genuinely apologetic and rectified the issue without any hassle.

If you are looking for a great experience and bathroom products at great value - Bath Depot is where you should go if you are in Ottawa.

Renovating our bathroom and bought almost all of the items at Bath Depot. High quality, good prices and most importantly great customer service.
Shout out to Jordan for staying after hours in order to ensure delivery was completed. That was much appreciated. Would highly recommend Bath Depot.

I went to see these guys because one of my cupboard pieces cracked shortly after installation. The sales representative won't honor the warantee and had asked me to email the bill and the photo to their supplier. Since June 25,2023 I have been waiting and no response. I finally had to crazy glue the piece last night and who knows if it will work or not. I have paid $2434.02 and these guys won't even replace a small piece you see in the photo. I would not recommend to anyone. Customer # 00014937. With my client ID I’m sure you can get my name and number. You can also search the Merivale store’s directory by my first name. I’m sure you will be able to find that my transaction is legit.

** update ** have been in contact with head office and they have been very good at responding and have resolved the issue with us directly. Would recommend bath depot just not this store as they were defensive right off the bat and not willing to help.

SCAMMERS! Do not buy anything here!
We recently built our home and used bathdepot for all bathrooms. We were dealing with robert at the time and he kept suggesting to us a certain toilet. We bought 2 of them. Now being moved in to our home both toilets give out a septic smell. We have had multiple plumbers tell us the toilet they sold us should never even be on the market as it doesn’t seal properly to the floor. Went into bathdepot to try and return these. We delt with Jeff this time and he told us he never sells these toilets for that reason and does not recommend them to anyone but because they have been installed they can’t return them. Jeff had a short temper and starts yelling at customers without reason. Bathdepot has no customer satisfaction guarantee and scam you into buying worthless product without any return policy! We have spent over 7000$ here but will never be returning or recommending.

We bought a shower door and we decided to return it, but instead of 60” they gave me 36” “ their mistake” after speaking to them Jeff was so rude to us and very impolite to us. Just refund half my money! I never open the box.
Never recommend this store. He said I don’t care about you!

Bath Depot Team was knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. A pleasant experience from walking the showroom, ordering to being helped to load the truck. I highly recommend them for your renovation needs.

By a sales person we were recommended to use plastic panels instead of tiles and Thank you for the advice! The whole installation of a bathtub and panels took 1 day and I am happy with the result

Not sure what changed at this place. But if you feel like being made to be stupid about their products, you should go here. We ordered a vanity that was missing parts to complete it. The first time, they were good about opening another box and getting the missing pieces (basically all the screw hardware for the drawers). Apparently we should have been experts at every item that is supposed to be included, as when I went to find the handles for the drawers they were also missing. We went back, only to be snottily told that this is the last time we can get missing pieces. They gave us the wrong thing, and based on their service, we opted to not go back, but just buy replacement handles from a competitor. Last time we use these folks.

Great products and fantastic service. Replaced a shower and very satisfied with Robert and his team at Bath Depot. Knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend

I'm outfitting 2 full bathrooms and I needed 2 tubs. 2 showers setups. 2 toilets and a bunch of other stuff and it was a little daunting. The staff at Bath Depot Nepean took a lot of the stress off of me! My salesperson was this cute little guy named Geoff who was extremely helpful and honest. He helped me pick out everything I needed and had great recommendations. Steered me clear of huge potential headaches too! I am very grateful for that!
The Warehouse manager, William, was amazing too, so helpful and what an interesting guy! He took care of everything from install recommendations to making sure we had the right vehicle for pickup. The products themselves are great. Everything arrived on time. I'm very happy with the service and products from this store. Thank you SO MUCH! The Bathrooms are looking AMAZING!

I am a contractor and I renovate 2-3 bathrooms a month. I use Bath Depot for most of my material. The customer service at Bath Depot Nepean on Hunt Club is amazing. Anytime I need information or assistance, they are very quick to make it happen. It makes working with this team a real pleasure. Robert is Key to the customer focus and bring such a professionalism! Ordering our 48" vanity with counter & sink online was easy. Picking them up the Merivale + Huntclub store also enjoyable. Friendly staff.

Very happy with my experience at Bath Depot Ottawa. After a vanity was not delivered on time, Devon went above and beyond to get me the model I needed in time for my installation.

Great staff. No pressure sales tactics at all. Devon was helpful and direct and followed up with me as soon as my order was in. Order was on time. The products are great and it was waiting for me on the loading dock when I arrived. All in all, I had a great experience and highly recommend this store.

Awful customer Service - was told 3 days now it will 2 weeks. Sadly they keep lying. So disappointed. Expect things to be super late.and the Manager at the store simply doesn't want to deal with anything on the web site. Don't use the web site as it will take twice as long to get everything. Sales staff are not clear that the web site is useless.

We found Bath Depot online and their prices were really good. I purchased a 2 sided walk in shower door and a base. I have never done a reno in my life and Devon Bourgeois at the Nepean, Ontario store, was such an amazing help. He asked all the right questions and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. The door and base came in exactly when they said it would. When we bought it home, we realized that once the base was in place, there would only be about 4 inches to the wall on the side panel. This would not be enough space to put in a shelf and would make it difficult to clean the outside glass. We decided to put a fake wall up instead and make the shower an alcove style. I phoned back Devon and he arranged to take back the side panel as to get the correct base for the alcove shower. We made the exchange and I got back some money for the side panel. Every step of the way, Devon and the other staff were knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Bath Depot. Also their website is fabulous.

I cannot send enough praise for the gentleman who took care of us at the Merivale location. Jordan James approached us to see how he could help. My husband and I were in need of picking out all the items we needed as we are building a new home. We explained this to Jordan. He took his time to help walk us through what our options were and helped us make our choices. We felt right away that he was more of a friend offering advice rather than someone trying to sell us something. He was honest, kind and thorough. We took up a lot of his time as we wanted to be careful with our choices. At no time did we feel pressure. We did find out that Jordan stayed almost two hours past the time his shift ended just to make sure we were taken care of and we’re happy with what we had chosen. He is definitely an asset to not only this company but to the clients as well. I would highly suggest asking for Jordan when you visit.

If I could give negative stars I would. The online is ridiculous! My order was supposed to be ready for pickup within 10 days. That was not the case, I called the support line to see what was going on and was told that one item was on back order and would not be in stock again until end of Sept start of Oct. I cancelled it and was told the other would ship and be in store for pick up Wednesday or Thursday this week. Nope, I called the support line again to be told that the other item is also on backorder. I ordered back on August 1st, 18 days wasted waiting for product that showed IN STOCK on the website. Time and money wasted. Will never order through them again.

I was a little worried to buy from Bath Depot after seeing so many negative reviews. But the products were so nice and just what we were looking for in our bathroom reno.
Devon at the Merivale location delivered though! Our bath and faucets were in the following week- exactly when promised and when we had an issue with one of the faucets on installation, he quickly replaced it.
Our bathroom looks amazing and Devon provided honest, great service. Will be a repeat customer for sure:)
