Serban G (the store manager) was extremely helpful. He cancelled an existing order very quickly and created a new order. He knew the products well and gave excellent recommendations. He went above and beyond in his customer service (even replying to inquiry texts from us about delivery dates etc). We will definitely use bath depot again.

Recently visited this location to explore for a washroom renovation. The customer service was outstanding. We were assisted by a gentleman named Serban who was extremely knowledgeable and patient while we communicated our dream washroom. He truly went above and beyond to make his customers feel valued. Will certainly be visiting this store for all my future needs in bathroom supplies and renovations!

I thought prices at Bath Depot were high for nothing. I guess this store takes customer service to a whole new level. We were served by Serban? I believe that’s how you spell it:) sorry if not. A big, bright and well kept store. Lots of selection for the bathroom as well as the kitchen. Great service by Fatin.

If you want quality product I would suggest shopping literally anywhere but here. Pretty sure quality control is non existent with this place. Will never step foot in this store again

We bought a bathroom wall mount vanity. We were told that the door of the vanity would come with soft closing hinges. However, we received our order and today (April 28) when the plumber installed the vanity the hinges were not soft close. Who use regular hinges nowadays?

We found Tyler at Bath Depot in Cambridge to be exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable. We actually bought a tub from that location rather than the Kitchener store and intend to buy more products there this week.

I had a great experience with Bath Depot in my latest bathroom Reno. Tyler was such an excellent help in finding and piecing together our perfect master bathroom. Would definitely recommend him and Bath Depot for any bathroom or kitchen renovation plans you might have!

We were super impressed with not only the great selection and quality, but also the great product knowledge and service the staff has. We had to return one of our products because our renovation plans had changed and it was right at the end of the return period, but the store manger was very accommodating in helping us with the return. Even when there was an issue with their billing system in trying to process the refund, the staff took it upon themselves to call their head office and straighten out the issue. A huge thanks to Ali and staff. Exceptional service! 12 out of 10!
