We found everything we were looking for at this store, and the prices were reasonable. Adeel was very helpful. We were quite happy with his professionalism and customer service.

Buying a kitchen sink and Fares helped me. I came back a month later, and forgot which one I needed - Fares not only remembered me, but remembered the exact sink. Fantastic customer service!

BUYER BEWARE - Awful awful - spend your money elsewhere. The quality of products is so cheap and sub par. We purchased a mirror from BD last year for our main bathroom. There was no showering in the bathroom and the mirror began to mold. Emailed customer service and nothing they will do - claim its rust when there are clearly spores and its mold. (We have a fan thats is on and the bathroom is very well ventilated). Never had this poor quality of material - you would be better off with Home depot products. Very cheap and bad quality materials at Bath Depot. VERY Poor customer service as well. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Nice people and good products. Not a huge variety but probably they will have what you are looking for.
I had an incident with them last week, to replace a shower mirror I purchased and fell of due to improper surface mounting, nevertheless it was partially my fault, they replaced and the team were really nice dealing with the situation.

Very helpful staff specially Sukni. He was very knowledgeable, polite, helpful and patient with us. I definitely recommend Bath Depot Mississauga and I’ll definitely will come back for my future projects.

The staff here are absolutely amazing! They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and amazing! They are extremely eager to help, will explain any and all questions and will go absolutely above and beyond to make sure that you leave happy. Not to mention they keep their store spotless! I would give them 1000000 out of 5 stars.
However sadly the reason why I give this store 4 stars is because of the merchandise that they carry. It's heavily limited, not of the highest quality and they are missing things like lighting.
In general for future bath reno needs I will probably shop elsewhere and spend just a little more money to get better quality items. It's sad too because if the store was a bit bigger and carried more items then it would be absolutely the best store ever for all your bathrooms reno needs.
If you do plan to shop here you will be playing a lottery. Out of my bath reno I wasn't too happy with my bathtub quality. The bathtub screen door has holes that pass water through, and my sink has a tendency to splash water out, it's as if no one tested this. Also the second you bring items home please please please make sure to open boxes and check for scratches and cracks. My sink originally was cracked and had to be exchanged and my bathtub had scratches which I actually noticed after it got hooked into plumbing.
So yeah as I said, absolutely amazing world class staff that are trying to do their best with limited stock that the store has to offer. Please the owner of the store expand the store item selection and maybe add a lighting section.

Ahmed took care of all our needs on our big order for our home renovation. He is very good at what he does and will fix any issue that arises! Will continue to visit this location and deal with Ahmed going forward. Appreciate you and your hard work and caring service. Thanks A+E

Adeel is very transparent, a good guider in his area of sales and honest in his work. Supported us and resolved our issues without any problems. He’s your go to guy for any kind of question. We liked the service provided by Adeel. Excellent. A little more, Being in customer service myself, I hope the senior management shows more appreciation towards the junior staff. Good staff is hard to find and they’re the image of you and your company.
