I had an amazing experience at Bath Depot Oshawa. The customer service was exception Been in store for a few minutes I feel like I was at home and the product was exactly what I was looking for. Bryan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure that I get what I wanted. I would definitely recommend bath depot to anyone who wants to remodel their home. The prices for items are affordable. I would definitely go back again.

Horrible Customer service! I went in-store to purchase a kitchen sink. The sink I wanted had only 1 left and in Montreal. I waited for it to come in and picked it up from the store a week later. When I went to install the sink, all writing was in Turkish and it was missing a part. Something didn't seem right. I called the store and the staff said they think it was a display sink and that they would contact customer service. I ended up driving to the store when I didn't hear back for a few hours. We already had the old sink out and cut the hole to fit this specific sink. They told me to my face "don't worry we will take care of you". I ended up going to home depot to figure out something to make the sink work and finished the job. A job that should have taken a few hours, took the entire day. Never heard back from the staff so I called 2 weeks later. Was told that Heather no longer works at the Oshawa store and moved to the Scarborough store and that Id have to call customer service myself. So I did. Customer Service said they would call Heather at the other branch and call me back. Two weeks later, heard nothing again! Decided to email and make a paper trail. Got a reply and they asked for a phone number or order number. I gave the info right away and never heard back once again.
This Company has showed no interest in Customer Satisfaction and has left me hanging in every way possible. Expect that if you have any issues with your purchase that they will NOT be resolved. I gave this company every opportunity to rectify the situation and they never followed through!

I’ve purchased a few items from this store and the service and price has certainly earned 5 stars. With how nice the showroom looks, I expected things to a lot more expensive.

I’ve only had a couple hiccups along the way. One wasn’t my fault and the matter was rectified immediately with complete satisfaction, and the other was my fault but the staff still went above and beyond to make it better.

I hope contractors know about this store, it would be a great place to start looking at getting supplies.

Walked in to this store and was made a lot of promises by the new Oshawa manager Brian. I asked for information re: a shower door to be sent to me via email. Brian took my info and mentioned we could come and anytime to discuss a better price than the one on display. I was never sent the email and when my husband went later in the week, there was no better “deal” given. We were assured our door would come Nov 1 - which it didn’t. I called Nov 2 and was told I would receive an email, text and a phone call when product arrived. I received a text and went to pick up shower door. When we arrived, the staff could not find the door. I asked her to contact Brian. She said she didn’t have his contact info. The back room was unorganized. Quite disappointed in customer service and the manager in training not keeping his word. I would not purchase from this location or business in future. I have yet to receive my doors as they could not find my order. We will have to waste gas and time in the hopes that our order was not given to someone else which sounds like what happened. Very disappointed.
They since called me from ahead office and mentioned that my door had in fact been given away to another customer. The fact that the manager blatantly lied to us and has not owned up to it is concerning. We were offered 10% off which I was not satisfied with. Head office told me they would be contacting a district manager about that. I have yet to hear back.

My wife and I just purchased a new tub and faucet for our ensuite from Bath Depot. Our friend and general contractor recommended Bath Depot to us. We were greeted by Ahmad who was friendly, knowledgeable and provided us with continuous follow up to our questions. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Ahmad and would highly recommend you ask for him by name, you won’t be disappointed!

Joseph has been amazing through all of our experiences. He was patient, provided lots of helpful suggestions and and his good-natured personality was absolutely refreshing. The purchases were below our price expectations - it does not break the bank. Will recommend it.

I'd definately go back to Bath Depot Oshawa in the future. Although we received the wrong vanity initially: the reaction and professionalism from the store was a great customer service experience. They took responsibility and made it right. No hassle exchange, and we received the right product quickly. This could have been a huge headache with another retailer, since several months had passed and the product had been opened and assembled. Mistakes happen: it's how these are dealt with that speak volumes. Thanks, guys:)

Very unprofessional behavior from Rachel Omelanchuk - the store manager! Ordered products a week ago and was assured to be delivered after a week. Products reached a day late and the contractors charged me as they came for the job but couldn't finish the full job as the products where not in! Was asked to come the following day and went to get the products. Upon arrival the store assistant upfront told me to come the following day as they were still busy off loading for the truck! Unfortunately I was upset and wanted to meet the manager and the manager Rachel walked in angry throwing a heavy tone "What's the problem"! She raised her voice and shouted at me for being unreasonable! As I pressed my points she managed to bring the products in just 10 mins! Never apologised!
I have been a bath depot customer for a while but never came across such an awkward situation! We all have a bad day but there is a way to deal with customer!

Rachel was great with information. We didn't buy here because the delivery of product was a week out compared to Ajax because of ordering cycle. I dont have an extra week to play with.

I went to Oshawa location in order to return / make change the bathtub door Myriam is very polite and helpful.
Great product and service.

They delayed 2 weeks for delivery and massive attitude with the manager. Affected my bathroom renovation and delayed for no reason.
Issues with this store:
Was told he (manager) can offer free delivery. That was not the case. Still went forward with order.
Told me to purchase before a certain date and that it will be at the store the following Wednesday. Called in and made half deposit. The following no word and we called and was told it was not in the shipment and that it will be in the following week. NOTHING and we had to call again. This time, the sales rep who helped at the store remembered us and dug in deeper to realize the corporate had held back the order and fixed it for us. She spoke with her manager and informed us that she can’t say what but the manager will able to help us get compensation for the inconvenience. My husband goes to pick the items up and tells us he can not offer more discount since 10% was applied. Then goes to his computer and tells him he can apply 10% off on one of the items. What he failed to explain is that one of the items did not have the 10% applied to begin with, giving false impression. I realize this at home and spoke with the manager. His attitude while we were shopping at the store turned 180 after the fact. He was so rude I was shocked.
I wouldn’t shop there again. Complete waste of time.

Excellent staff with great customer service they are top notch at Oshawa. I’m a contractor and it’s a one stop shop for a bathroom Reno. Products are excellent quality.

Sept 2022 - We purchased a free standing bathtub and faucet at the Oshawa store. Myriam the sales associate was great, loved her sense of humor. Because of her we purchased the tub and faucet.
It was delivered and when our plumber went to install the faucet it was missing the main floor bracket. Myriam tried to locate a replacement but had to reorder the whole kit. It was to arrive in 10 days. It didn't arrive- plumber still on site and waiting. Myriam some how (we will never know) located the part by the time we arrived at the store to return the original kit (can't keep the plumber waiting for ever).
Myriam is a sales person who went above and beyond (old school) to help us finish a bathroom reno.

I went in there this morning with a mission to find a vanity and toilet with specifications and was in a crunch for time…in that moment and the lead time for getting the product. I needed something higher end then what was available for stocked items at other chain retailers, and I knew I could find that here. We just didn’t have the time for custom and wanted that looked beautiful but would last.

First I love that I never felt pressured or pushed for a sale; but had help when needed just an ear shot away.

Second, it was available for pick up in 7 days. Great customer service and I couldn’t believe I was able to actually find what I needed in such a tight deadline!

Great team at the Oshawa location! I would recommend anyone looking for upgrades to their bathroom to pay a visit!

I am not one to write reviews but with the service I received at this store I had to. I had been at several stores prior to coming here. I dealt with the manager Rob at the Harmony Rd.location several times through my bathroom reno. From my first interaction with him I found him to be, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and very honest! Customer service at this store is exceptional and they back their product. You get high quality service, high quality products and all at an extremely fair price! Thank you Rob for all you did for me and putting up with all my indecision through out. I highly recommend this store for all your bathroom and kitchen needs!

Rachel and Robert are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Many products are on display in the showroom which helped to make our selections easier. I Highly recommend you stop in!

Bought a shower faucet and had an issue arise with it. They covered it and ordered the part free of charge. Very friendly service every time I’ve called or visited the store. Feel very confident in buying here with the level of service they provide backing up their products.

We went into the Oshawa location just before Christmas (2021) looking for new sliding shower doors. It was our first time at a Bath Depot and weren’t sure what to expect. The second we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff and the associate that helped us was professional and friendly, very funny and took the time to answer all of our questions. At the time of pick-up, the staff were expecting us and provided clear instructions. The young woman who loaded the doors was kind and moved quickly to get us on our way. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone. We’ll be returning in future for other bathroom related upgrades.

I had really bad experience with this company. I paid my full invoice in Nov 2021 for all in-stock items. I was told that we will hold your items since you have paid in full and we will deliver it on your provided Date and Time.

I asked for delivery in Feb and later changed it March due to valid reason. On the day of delivery 50% items were out of stock and I was provided with new invoice for items prices as of march with no discounts.

If you value your time this vendor is not for you. If you can wait for years for delivery go for it however don't expect very good deals from them since most of the time they will try to revise your invoice close to delivery date which will be generated with as of delivery dates.

I am giving 2 stars for staff behaviour which is extremly easy going and helpful however they did not bother me at all and provided me all refund.

Great service, polite staff, good value. Ask for Rachel Omelanchuk to help you, she is very knowledgeable and gave good advice.

Rachel Omelanchuk has been a great help in building our dream home! Our bathrooms are so aesthetically pleasing!

First time visiting this location and I'm sad to say the service that I recieved today was below average. The gentleman didn't seem interested in assisting us with our purchase and also insisted that in order to make a purchase I NEEDED to provide my name, number and email address to purchase shower accessories. He said it was the only way to process a refund (though I came in to make a purchase) and it was "how head office was able to identify if theft was taking place. " Never have I heard of this policy at any Bath Depot or any store for that matter.

That said the selection was great. The store was clean, tidy and well stocked. Wished the customer service was a priority for the gentleman I was interacting with.

Love how helpful the store is, we purchased two vanities and some bathroom faucets and was given some very informative information. Would definitely shop here again. The staff are awesome!

The sales person told us are order would be delivered to are home. Had to pick it up at store. Also are order was delayed over a week. Had to cancel scheduled plumber. Was very surprised to see our bathroom vanity was in such a small box. Sales person failed to tell us that it needed to be assembled. Very disappointed with sly sales. Beware.

Absolutely loved this place. They have great prices on shower stalls, all kinds and sizes. I walked around for a bit took some pics of the the stalls I was interested in and a sales clerk came over and asked me for If i had any questions.great non pushy service, The Sales Rep was great. He answered all my questions and I will be back here to order my shower enclosure.
