Terrible experience of cooperation with branch manager Yana Koval, we were with my aunt in the branch and witnessed fatal service, we left this branch and closed the account. So far I do not recommend her to anyone! Score -1

No matter how trite the phrase "a person is out of place" sounds, but it is exactly so! Branch manager Yana Koval is worse than her service I have ever seen anywhere! Very arrogant and not nice person! Terrible and disgusting service!
