The named Lidia was extremely rude. Our whole family arrived on Saturday at 1: 00 pm to find out the terms of the loan and she began to treat us extremely negatively, especially when she found out that we had not made an appointment. I think she was responsible for loans. I can't call this place a bank where customer service is so bad! All my family got stressed.

Have had a savings account there for a while and every time I need to take money out their systems are magically down. At this point I am gonna close my account the next time I come in since i don't think being kept away from my own money is sketchy.
