My husband got the pollock and I got the haddock. Truly tasted like they had just caught it. So fresh & delicious. I don’t think I’m exaggerating when I say THE best coleslaw I have ever had; not too much dressing & just a dash of pepper on top Our waitress was so great, the atmosphere was pleasant; best post-covid dining experience we’ve had in a bit. We’re from the states but will remember this place & be sure to make a special stop whenever we pass through for activities. Very unassuming, we would’ve driven right past it- don’t miss out on this gem!

Food is extremely well prepared and the fish was amazing. I found it a kettle pricey but the quality certainly is there. I'll be back, that's for sure.

Had the haddock and chips with mushy peas. Food was delicious, not greasy at all! I think I would do the coleslaw next time. Also ordered battered mushrooms and onion rings to start. Good portion of battered mushrooms, expected more onion rings but they were really good. Only wish they had fountain pop, but overall loved my dinner. Place is really clean and staff friendly. Will visit again.

The fish and chips were wonderful but when I was waiting for 10 min for my order the waitress embarrassed me because I was sitting at the table. She spoke really loud and said you can't sit there. The tables were empty only 2 tables being used. She could have spoken to me so no one heard. Ridiculous I say.
