Fantastic company and employees. They are all very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Fast install of the pool, heater, pump, filters, including the deck, seats and handrails. They even installed two new gates. Couldn't be happier!

My Dad just purchased a hot tub for my mom's birthday and Laura went above and beyond to help him pick the right one and get it setup. My mom was very happy and loves it!

Not Happy, spent a fortune putting in our pool with Blue Water. 1.5 years later the heater is leaking (and was winterized by them) call to ask about warranty and told to seek help elsewhere. Also come to find out the heater we bought in 2021 was manufactured in 2017. Getting a run around that basically noone will service the heater we are to replace it ourselves.

Had a wonderful experience with Bluewater. They are always my go to place for pool supplies and service but this time Molly worked with me on a replacement for my defective pool cover and ended up replacing it at no charge!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Just wanted to take a minute to say we are very happy with Bluewater Pools and Spas. We purchased a Hot Tub a couple years ago and recently put in an in-ground pool. Our pool was completed in under 3weeks!
Their team has been super organized.
Margaret, Chris, Mark, and Spencer have been informative and efficient and quick to respond to any of our questions.
She promised we would have zero issues and it’s perfect! They definitely came through without disappointment. I totally recommend Bluewater Pools.
They also have a fencing division that will do our fence.
Spencer from the fencing division has been great to work with. They all have been super responsive.

Excellent Staff, and Customer Service. I would not hesitate to deal with them. And I would definitely refer people there. On a few occasions that I had any issues or questions. Lorna would always get back to me in a timely matter and would resolve any issues that I had. And was always pleasant to deal with. I normally don't leave reviews. But I think they definitely deserve one.

We bought a hot tub May 2021, and have had to make a few inquiries. Lorna has went out of her way to be helpful when I have reached out. She is friendly, and prompt and provides excellent customer service! Bluewater Pools is top notch in my books! Thank you!

For a new paying costumer they get told sorry we can't come out and give you a quote because there pool season will be closed during that time well my report will be going to the Better Business Bureau about this that is not how you treat a costumer that was planing on spend some money with them

After calling Bluewater and leaving messages for the owners to please cal me back… I had to follow up with an email. See below. Still no call or response.

Good morning Margaret:

I would like to speak with either Mike or yourself about the two plus year issue I have been dealing with in regards to my pool.

In May, I was suppose to receive a new filter (4th one!) and I have every reason to believe this did not happen.   Further on June 20th Lorna and I made arrangements to switch over my sand filter to filtrate balls.   This to date definitely did not happen as I actually opened my sand filter to see why I am actually still getting sand and black blown back into my pool and low and behold sand was still in my filter.

I have purchased two pools, a hot tub, safety cover and have had my pool closed by Bluewater  ever year since I purchased this pool from you.

I trusted your company, time and time again only to be let down and left holding a very expensive bag.

Bluewater’s lack of customer service and follow through has cost me an exorbitant amount of money, time and frustration for the past two years.

I would like to speak with you or Mike about what, IF ANYTHING, Bluewater is prepared to do at this point and sending out a “technician” is not the solution or pawning me off to staff that does not reliably answer calls or emails will not do.

Having been a long time customer of Bluewater for more than 20 years it is with with sadness I wrote this review.

I have been dealing with bluewater over a sand filter issue since 2020! Many calls, emails and messages with empty promises or no responses!
In June of 2022, yet another promise to come and replace my sand filter 4th time since 2020) with filtrate balls, because they couldn’t diagnose the issue no one came. I trusted them and have spent all summer long manually vacuuming my pool on waste as advised by them. Their lack of follow through and follow up has cost me a lot of money in chemicals, water and time and energy all because they did’t do their job. Each time I call to speak to someone they are “not available “. Lies after lies.

I do not recommend this company anymore. Beware they will only take your money…!

Quite simply a fantastic experience from top to bottom. Everything was done exactly as promised, ahead of schedule to boot and Chris and the pool crew were not only efficient and professional but incredibly clean and just all around solid people. The tradesmen were all top notch from the cement, gas and electrical and certainly dealing with Margaret in the beginning to help us decide what we wanted was a pleasure. Great company, very quality work. I would recommend them to anyone considering a pool installation without hesitation. 5 stars

All I can say is WOW what a fantastic job done by the entire Bluewater pools team! I contacted Margaret at Bluewater with an idea to transform my chicken coop into a backyard oasis for my house. Yes, that’s right a chicken coop lol…

Margaret and her team of skilled installers knocked it out of the park with a fantastic design and installation that far exceeded my family’s expectations for the pool. From the minute I met her and the installers, I knew I was making the right decision to contract the pool with Bluewater. They were true professionals who guided me through every step of the process and responded immediately to every question I had. Her team of highly skilled professionals attended to every detail to ensure my satisfaction. I have worked with many contractors over the years in my professional career as a project manager and you will not find anyone more dedicated and detail-oriented than the Bluewater team. Everyone who has stopped by my house is amazed at the quality and craftsmanship of the pool and how beautiful the final product turned out. Carrie and I had an excellent experience with Margaret and her amazing team from Bluewater.
Starting with small details like coming to our house last fall to confirm shape and measurements while marking out our pool to help us digest the scope of our project. She also provided excellent sub trade recommendations- concrete, electrical and a gas fitter.
From the moment the dig began to the final fitting of the liner everything flowed seamlessly without delay.
We would highly recommend Bluewater Pool to our friends and family without question.

Great service! Ordered a safety cover with blue water and not only where they on time with the pool closing, it is a great product. They worked with us to ensure it was a good fit and professional installation. Very happy with our new cover and the service the team at blue water provided! Great job!

Top notch service. The staff is always ready to help. Purchased a hot tub in the spring and delivery was great. Our place was very hard to get to, but the guys did an excellent job. Now we can enjoy our relaxing tub with our river view. Also, you have to check out all of the home and backyard accessories. Great ideas for inside and out.
Please go see them, you will not be disappointed.

We just had a hot tub delivered that we purchased from Blue Water Pools at an expo. The three guys that just did the delivery were exceptional. It was difficult getting the hot tub to where it needed to be but they took their time, were careful and made sure it was done right. Thank you.

We were really excited to get our new pool liner installed by Bluewater Pools. From the beginning, our experience was pleasant, I was able to reach out to Tammy by email and received a response almost immediately. We curbed our expectations as this was at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. We paid half of the price of the liner on April 15th and were told we would be contacted, most likely last minute, about our installation date.

Fast forward to June 4th, I emailed Bluewater to see if I could at least get a ballpark date for installation as we had planned other renovations in that area. The response was, although apologetic, the same: no date, last minute notice will be given. My main issue with this is not following up with us. Customers shouldn't have to reach out to you to make sure you haven't forgotten about them. I understand the pandemic had put a strain on manpower but sending an email to reassure your customers takes only a moment.

Cut to June 15th, our pool liner was installed and looks amazing, the crew were very friendly and fast. We were told they would need to come back to install the rings for the rope and they would be back in a couple of days.

Fast forward to July 6th, we were billed for the total amount of the liner although the rings were not installed. We followed up with Tammy and informed she would follow up.

In the end, no one ever came back to install our hooks. As far as I'm concerned, the job went unfinished, which is unfortunate for them because we had planned on buying a safety cover from them but instead we'll have to look elsewhere. Overall we're super happy with our liner, the installation crew, but very disappointed with the management.

I was surprised to see such a huge store just for pool supplies. Well this is the first time I am owning a pool house so makes sense I was surprised.
The staff is amazing, I mean really amazing. The products are expensive compared to other places.

Incredibly disappointed with the follow up this company provides. I have called many times with no option to leave a message. I emailed Margaret directly with no response. I called and explained our issue and that we can't close our pool until we know how to fix. I was promised Margaret would call. No call. I ended up calling Leamington Pools & Spas and in minutes the receptionist was able to provide direction and the materials we needed to solve our problem. Love them and leave them mentality.

Had my pool installed by great outdoors last fall. Things did not get finished, so I called to get things rolling in the spring and I was told company was sold to Bluewater. Bluewater says they bought it but when I talk to lady on the phone she just says "sorry dear we can't help it was overwhelming"

Clearwater Spas is excessively expensive on some items but the staff there are very helpful and knowledgeable which is usually a good thing when it comes to taking care of your pool or spa I did have some negative experience recently where I tried to buy a proper back to you for the pool and the staff will not understand that was asking for until I actually saw the items available for sale in their store which they claim they did not have I perhaps it's just because I was dealing with some younger staff instead of the more mature Stafford have been there.

I had a string of bad luck this year with my pool and I couldn't be happier with the advice and support I received from the staff at Bluewater. I had one of thier fantastic employees stay 2 hours after hours to help with a pool pump issue I had. They're my go to pool store. Thank you!

Had my liner replaced. In all honesty there were no issues with the job itself, their contractors are good, but the customer service experience was awful and I am pretty sure they overcharged. $4000 job, I had to pay an extra $1000 for grinding and painting - which I think is common when replacing liners. I first agreed thinking it was some major work but I complained about the charges after I saw it took one man only an extra 1.5 hours (that's a hefty hourly rate). I got literally laughed at over the phone by the woman who takes care of liner replacement business and got told "too bad buddy it's your problem now". I was also told that grinding a pool wall is a very special type of grinding that takes lots of training! I was told she would talk to her manager to see what could be done and 5 minutes after she hung up they used my card on file and paid themselves for the full amount with no further attempt at reaching a consensus or justifying the costs. I tried to reach out to ask a question multiple times but they don't answer the phone nor do they have voicemail. Emails are answered irregularly. They don't schedule the day and time they will do the job, they will just show up at any time without notice within a 2-weeks time frame and the shredded old liner is still on my property 2 weeks after the job started. My impression is the Bluewater Pools business is careless. What a disastrous customer experience.
To the owner -> if anything, please provide at least a cost breakdown for the aforementioned $1000. Your invoice just says "grinding and painting".
