Worst transit service it’s the only bus service which stops working on holidays else every transit service is operating normally

Brampton transit is a broken service that no longer serves the community with any amount of competance. Thanks for that 2 hour detour that included preventing people from leaving the bus and driving through parking lots of commercial warehouses. Thanks for not ever communicating besides screaming at 500 people to "move back" somewhere like you're some sort of riot police. The day your company is replaced by something even remotely competent will be a great day for brampton. And you operate parallel to mississauga transit, and viva and TTC without a shred of embarrassment, when you should be entirely embarrassed.

Ill mannered driver. Bus number 2222c from bramlea terminal to trinity terminal. Such a rude person. If the bus is there and it says that it is 17 howden ofcourse I am gonna take it. He said where is the platform for the bus? Like seriously when you wanna make the people go off you never think about the platform. You stop the bus whereever you want and people have to face lots of inconvenience by walking and sometimes they miss the another bus as well. Just because of you. We can also say where is the platform for this bus. And if you don’t want anyone to board it at that place you should put not in service - one thing you guys know how to put and the thing you put even when people are sitting inside. I wait the driver by standing outside and paid the fare. I could also get inside because the doors were open. As a very irresponsible behaviour of your so called trained driver.

Brampton transit is always always late from schedule. You only wait for 30-40 only to see bus full and leaving you on stop like you matter nothing. Ofcourse it is full. Buses are coming after 30 mins and people need to go and do some work to feed themselves.

I usually take 14 number bus from Sandalwood and Torbram around 1300 One driver (Punjabi Turban Guy) everytime he stops the bus in hurry usually other drivers stops the bus while watching riders but this drivers tries to run away, behaves rudely with the passengers, Bus No 1130, Licence Plate 4045BJ. If passengers are paying then he got his job he should know this. Drivers like him create bad examples for all drivers shame on this kind of people.

To the Immortal and unethical group of individuals and cultures that have been terrorizing my life for months at the bus stops and other transit locations, my kindness is not weakness, its who I am, your evilness will not change how I was raised.

Probably the worst bus service in the world. Almost all buses are 'not on service'. Delays even in the morning when people have to go to work. 1 star as there's no 0 star here.

Bus number 3 is always delayed Or departure early. They need to more buses or schedule should be followed

Why do some buses show that they are on the way but never show up? This has gotten me late to school and work, even on days that I cannot afford to be late! Please fix this!

I don’t understand why the bus drivers on the 501 route keep letting people on the bus when the bus is full. People keep entering in through the back doors without paying and trying to squeeze in. Why cant Brampton Transit provide more buses in the morning during the 5: 00-6: 00 rush. Not to mention all the people standing at all the bus stops waiting for the 501 along the route. Bramptons population is growing…I’m pretty sure you’re aware of that…and people need to get to where they are going without having to suffer with over crowding on the buses. PLEASE FIX THIS BRAMPTON TRANSIT!

Bus Driver Ali Mohammad on the 502 is the Nicest person ever. He make sure that everyone got off when anyone ask for help he provides best customer service.

Worst service of 501,19,18,1.they never reach on time, always late.we have to wait for 10 to 15 mintus always. They Start 501C, it has too much service, like 3 bus 501C and 1 of 501.please help us. We need to reach on time to our job. Please work on this.we can't loose our money just because of bus late. Some drivers stop the bus in bus stop for buy coffee n all.we have to wait for driver some time.

I take bus from on 73 kennedy road but i frustrate now a days because drivers didn’t stop bus on my stop. He has room in his bus but he ignored us. This is not only one bus like continuously buses were gone at front of me and that have rooms in their buses. I am facing this problem from two weeks-continuously. I don’t understand are these buses for people or not. Drivers have no patience.i recorded videos of these kinds buses, So please consider my problem ASAP. Thankyou

I took Brampton transit 511 zum bus on Saturday afternoon around 3: 12 from Airport bus stop on steels road to Humber college. That driver was so rude to me. And he was shouting like I am not gonna pay fare and what were you doing before getting bus and all. He insulted me in front of everyone while I was loading money online for presto.please don’t hire this kind of person if they don’t know how to treat people. He was having white haired beared and wearing black sunglasses and May be aged around 40s. And
This bud ended its trip at Humber college at 3: 21pm. Please either teach him how to treat people or don’t hire such desrespectful people.

It’s the worst transit system in the whole wide world. No proper system, unorganised schedules. I don’t know why they say they are providing services to the people. It’s disgusting to have such a horrible transit system in Canada. I don’t know why the government charge so high when the service is beyond disappointing

Bus Driver Corrine on the 4a was the sweetest angel ever.she made sure i got home when i was confused at night and even personally spoke to my mother to ensure i was okay. The night could of went very bad for me but she ensured my safety from the kindness of her heart. My mom truly appreciated this experience and I was very blessed to have Corrine as my caring bus driver.

Specially on Dixie road, there were no bus for one hour half an hour. And when it arrives, it’s full.

Bus service on bovaird (bovaird 5 or 5A) is not good. Buses got late and missed many times.

Will give 0 if option available. I requested to stop but driver didn’t. When I asked him he said there was no stop you requested. If so, why there was transit sign board on the road and why he said the stop. If you don’t like your job then don’t do but don’t waste someone’s time. He even argued and yelled at me for no reason.

Most drivers are good but the bad ones ruin it for everyone else. The worst service is on the weekends. Quite often busses are packed tight with no room between other riders. Some speed over the speed limit.

One Sikh driver in particular (route 505 east and west) should not be driving a bus. Consistently over crowds the bus.witnessed him close the doors in the face of 2 girls after picking up other passengers.

Brampton transit needs more busses on weekends and during rush hours so that people are not squished in or have to wait an hour or more for another bus to show up.

Worst transit ever. There’s times where the bus skips me on purpose even when it’s not full, times where the bus is claimed to come at a certain time or another and never comes at either time, I hate this transit

Always delayed… if you have to catch two buses.either first will get missed or delayed… you can never catch both and reach on time…. Please make it more specific. Why call it public transit.if public can’t access it? And please teach your drivers to value passengers time and if possible ask for their locations all the time… so you know that they spend 20-25 minutes talking to each other and getting passengers delayed.

Worst transit in Canada… it is not for public… its only for their drivers to roam around. And get money… they never ever come on time and if they come.they will never make you reach on time…. And of you complaint to the customer service… they say us that they will follow up… but nothing changes…. Worst ever responses… hope i could starts in minus

Transit drivers do not consider the value of time of the passengers sometime they just busy in their own discussions with collegues at terminals. Some drivers are really very rude.

Waiting for long time for 5 or 505 bus at airport and bovaird stop like 30 minutes.no bus came. Worst service.

NO GOOD. Buses should be running at least every 5 mins because alot of people take the bus here in Brampton. If Brampton Transit can’t provide good service for people, they should go out of business and let another agency takeover

No good! Paying $4.00 for buses that run every 30mins and every hour is unacceptable! Brampton transit should just go out of business!

With a sad heart and repititive incidents that are happening with me from the first day, I started my new job. Actually I have to take No. 14 (Torbram Rd) Bus to go to my work. The issue that I am facing regularly since April 6,2021 is that daily the driver does not stop the bus for me. I know that COVID-19 procedures are followed but is there anything that you don't have to stop the bus? Yesterday, I was on my stop, the bus was coming in front of me. It picked couple of people from the stop and then suddenly the driver ignored me. I do not know why this happened WHICH PUSHED ME TO WRITE THE REVIEW BEACUSE IT RESULTED WORST AS TIME PASSED.

I request the staff to take stern steps about the matter.

One of the hilarious bus services in GTA. The buses are never on time which is of course the driver’s are not responsible. I think they need new hiring which atleast comes on time:

Worst service i ever had. Punjab buses are much better than these buses.people have to wait for too long for these buses standing in stroms, snowfalls, never came at time.

Worst service ever. Customer service representatives are robotic. Telling you traffic in new york affects traffic on local hwy 7. (just the most absurd excuses). Drivers arent friendly, never wanting to help with directions. The schedule is a joke, (scheduled for 1: 10 if you're lucky it shows up early at 1: 08 and leave at 1: 08. Loosing out if you're getting there for the scheduled time.or the norm.getting there 10 minutes late or never at all) if you're someone who needs to be somewhere sacrifice and take a taxi. Brampton transit supervisors will pat you on the back and try to make you seem foolish because they've somehow effective ran a bus system for years.
