I wrote a review that was 1 star, mainly because SOME bus drivers can be very rude, and pass by drivers, and it can be very frusterating;

But there's so many AMAZING workers who work there! (YOULL know who you guys are)

There's lots of people who are just so great with their job and customer service, and I'm glad you guys are really revamping the bus system to make everyone happier

Please keep up the good work, to improve our transportation. Thanks for working hard guys.

The bus drivers I’ve had on route 5 and 6 are friendly and kind, even if the buses are sometimes cramped in space. The lady working at the front desk with glasses today at 12: 40 was very passive aggressive towards me after asking to renew my bus card with a student discount. I know the terminal can often be busy and not everyone wants to be there, but lighten up; all I did was ask for a renewal.

The staff is excellent, but the building is small ad it's built for a small town. As growing they may expand to accommodate more passengers.

One of my friends lost his wallet on Bus 5 with some cash and valuables, yet he received it from the terminal office. Kudos to the bus driver who operated Bus #5 on 26.11.2023 between 10: 00 and 10: 30 am for promptly returning it.

It would be wonderful if your bus drivers (whoever was driving the number 2 bus today at 3pm, Oct. 27, on park road N) were required to signal before entering back into live traffic after stopping at a bus stop, instead of just assuming those of us already moving in the lane know when they are going pull back into traffic. It’s terrifying, almost witnessing an accident with the car in front of me and having my elderly mother in the car, just because a driver of a bus is not required to use their left turning signal to enter back into traffic like the rest of us drivers. Then again it is Brant transit, so I’m not sure if this is an unrealistic expectation.

It would be great if at the very least, your drivers considered the safety of others on the road and as a courtesy, use their signal to warn drivers of reentry, and allowing a chance to slow down, instead of abruptly cutting off traffic and nearly causing a pileup.

Why in the world does the bus transit allow children to get on the bus without adult supervision? That's something I will never understand. How can I keep my younger brother from getting onto the bus without a parents approval first?

Very poor service by Brantford Transit.
Bus is never on time. If you are working and depending on Bus then you have to leave like 2 hours before because there is no guarantee that bus will come on time.
Wish I can give zero stars.
Moreover, some of drivers are also not friendly and resist.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the consistently delayed services your company provides. It has become increasingly frustrating to rely on your buses for my daily commute when they fail to adhere to any semblance of a schedule. This recurring issue has not only inconvenienced me but has also disrupted my daily routine and caused unnecessary stress.

I won't rate the entire transit system 1 star because there are still some good drivers who care about their passengers. However, this rating pertains to a particular situation I just experienced. Today, Friday afternoon, the male driver of bus number 9 saw me waiting at the bus stop but didn't stop the bus, leaving without letting me board, even though the bus was in service. I suppose this is how some do their job.

You cannot rely on the bus to get you anywhere on time consistently. A bus which would normally make me 20 minutes early to work on a good day, has regularily made me 10-15 minutes late. I never had this many problems with GRT. Bus drivers here drive straight past you, whether you are at the stop or running to it (as they are often 5+ minutes early). They are impossible to predict. The amount of money i've spent on Ubers because I've missed a bus that arrived early, I could probably pay my rent several times over.

It all goes down to the details. Spent $100 on a bus pass, only for it to be a flimsy paper card with ink that rubs off. I was told when purchasing it that I would not get a replacement if it was damaged. There seems to be a general lack of care put into this, which is just unacceptable considering how many people rely on this service daily.
The sunday schedule (bus runs every hour) is just pathetic. These buses are ALWAYS packed which just shows how much they'd benefit from more frequent routes.

Some of the bus drivers are so rude today i wanna go on no 9 bus and i had the summer pass and i was not on bus yesterday and the bus driver didn’t allow me to come in bus I didn’t know that it was going to expire in august because when i tap that card it shows it will expire at the end of sept and i got late to my work and he was so rude to me. He didn’t listen to my single thing

Late for work again. If you are on a probationary period at your work I would suggest walking or taking a cab if possible. If that's not an option take the bus that is an hour early. Punctuality here is an absolute joke. Friendly drivers for the most part however. *edit* I take back the friendly driver part. I have never seen such an ignorant sorry excuse for a public servant than I saw this morning. You need to monitor how your drivers interact with the public. Rude, pompous and privileged attitudes should not be driving people to work in the morning. One more incident like I had this morning and you'll be hearing from my attorney. Absolutely disgusting. You'd get zero stars if it was an option. Get your house in order.

Consistently inconsistent, always late and delayed, always packed and uncomfortable.

I have had to wait multiple times because of the delays and it has impacted other plans to the point of outright cancellation.

Completely unacceptable for public transportation if you cannot rely on it for your daily commute in-town.

Do better Brantford.

—some bus has A. C some don't (even if they do have the A. C maybe the bus drivers are not turning it on or it is not working)

On the route #8, there is a bus driver, old woman, very rude. She is always moody and disrespectful with immigrant people. Today June 12th she allowed two ladies go inside the bus and close the door on my face. She is so rude with other bus drivers too.

It is a really good bus terminal because

1. There are buses available to any place you want to visit at Brantford.

2. There is an air conditioned waiting room with enough seats.

3. We can recharge the BCard, reducing the need to carry change to everywhere.
