The staff was less then helpful in regards to a fraudulent charge on my sons account, just gave me a number and sent me off… I call the number and they told me the bank should have dealt with me about the fraud charge… went in for 4pm and they close...

Depends of which staff member serves you. As a newly retired person I was not sure about a credit and was told this was not the Canada Revenue office.next visit asked a different staff and told me exactly what it was.
