Great place to get pool chemicals and supplies as well as advice on pool maintenance and service.

There is no zero stars otherwise I would not give them anything. Really bad service. They did winterize my hut tub last January (which is relatively new), and when I opened up for the season couple of weeks ago it was all leaking because of two broken pipes due to not being properly drained, and when I when to the store to let them know, the lady at the front desk said thy were not responsible for any damage due to their technicians and if I was handy I could fix it myself, even recommended me a place where to buy those parts. I ended up calling another company to fix their mistake and had to pay $500 for something they provoked. I would never recommend this place terrible service.

Worth the wait! We love our new pool liner installed by Cambridge Pools. Becky was perfection - she was very informative and gave great advice to myself and husband who are not pool experts. The team is busy, but Melissa always got back to us be it phone or email with any questions (which we had a lot, sorry Melissa!). Thank you to the crew, we love the way the pool looks/shines!

I can not say enough about the staff here. My partner past away suddenly in April. He took care of our hot tub and pool (perfectly). I had absolutely no clue as to what to do or how to keep both running smoothly. Melissa and everyone else have been so kind and patient with me. A couple impromptu house calls as well. I needed my pump repaired. Cambridge pools provides that service. It was not an easy fix. It required some troubleshooting and patience. Melissa and her team were extremely helpful and pleasant through the process. Every person I dealt with was excellent. They even provided me with a used part to fix my back up pump. I recommend them highly.

My Hayward pool pump I had bought new from another store in August 2017 stopped working on Saturday May 25,2019. On Sunday I started researching my issue and decided it was the capacitor on the pump that was malfunctioning. I started calling around but no one had the part, even the store I had bought it from. All electrical stores were closed on the weekend as well. I called Becky at Cambridge Pool Supplies and she said "We have lots in stock, come on in and bring the old one" she had the exact match for $27.00. I replaced it, and the pump is fixed. Thanks Becky!

We can't say enough about the owner's and employees of Cambridge Pools. We purchased a home last year that has a pool. We have never been pool owners prior to this. The owners walked us through all the steps, equipment and supplies needed. In fact they answered our questions over and over as we were in at least once a week. They were always ready to spend the time with us and never made us feel like we were being a pain. I can't recommend them enough and will definately be our pool supply folks for life.
