I had a great pleasure to work with John regarding the purchase of tiles. John was very nice, enthusiastic and informative. I still got a good price even though I reduced the amount of sf I needed to buy.

I have a complaint regarding the business practice at Canorama. While I understand that only one representative gets to receive commision/bonus from the original sale, it should not be used as a reason by other sale representative to refuse request from customer for assistance. I am a customer of Canorama, not a customer of John or any sale representative soley. As long as you are working for Canorama, all customers should be your customers. In the long run, the lack of professionalism will hurt the business itself.

I've been coming here for years sourcing products for my clients projects and I have always been very happy with the amount of service I receive along with my clients and Nick is my sales consultant who is very experienced, he listens to his clients as does the rest of the team working there and is very detailed and always asks for budgets and other alternatives and suggestions and as far as time lines, never had any delays or any issues towards any of my projects or clients going there. If I can give more stars I would, Happy Holidays Guys.

We bought a vanity unit, a shower panel a medicine cabinet and all kinds of other bathroom items for our renovation in our bathroom. They have a beautiful showroom and amazing prices! We were dealing with Pave the sales person and he was very professional! Highly recommend and all the sales professionals and other staff are super friendly as well! Pave was amazing though and took care of us every step of the way!

I have used Canaroma to supply vanities, tiles, toilets, sinks, a bath and hardware for my recent renovation of 3 bathrooms. I knew and trusted their products and service because I had bought a tub, sinks, faucets and shower hardware for a renovation of my large en-suite bathroom, as well as the kitchen sink and faucet for my new kitchen done 3 years ago.
Nicholas, the sales person, was outstanding, truly an 11/10. He had a great sense of style and gave us fabulous recommendations for the products we purchased as well as the finishes/styles of our vanities and tiles, faucets, shower hardware and shower base that would all work well. He dissuaded me from choices that he thought were not as efficient or not optimal. His attention to detail was very so appreciated. He was patient and always friendly. He really knew his products. Although we made the order months before the project, he never rushed me to have it delivered. His follow up was also great. Anytime I emailed him or phoned him he always answered immediately and was extremely helpful. When I ran into a structural problem in one bathroom he proposed a solution that was a game changer.
I am so delighted with Canaroma, I would highly recommend it for your bathroom and kitchen needs. Great selection of products, many from Italy, and SUPERB service.

Had an issue with a part and Pat came to my rescue! He followed up diligently and reached out to the manufacturer several times to have my issue dealt with ASAP. Went above and beyond!

Great customer service many years after we purchased an expensive vanity and the sink leaked.

Had an excellent experience at Canaroma with Pat Abbaticchio. The customer service and quality assurance received by Pat was truly five star. He helped me to replace a broken toilet while providing clear updates and making sure I felt heard. Would definitely recommend asking for Pat and checking out Canaroma for your next remodelling project!

Amazing customer service. Nicholas took his time to show around the showroom and help us with vanity, fixtures and tile selection. In one visit we completed our purchase, placed the order and confirmed the delivery date. This was one of the best purchase experience - no pressure and best of all we found everything we were looking for under one roof.
If you are renovating Canaroma is the place you must have on your list to visit.

CANAROMA

July-August 2022. We decided to renovate 3 bathrooms at our home.
Our timing was really bad. Right after COVID-19 pandemic; Our search for a supplier was not an easy task. Many businesses did not survive; some supply chains got broken resulting in low inventories and failed deliveries. We were about to give up! But then after visiting and comparing a few companies, we selected Canaroma as our major supplier for this renovation project. Daniela who worked at the Canaroma Showroom at Improve Centre helped us to select some vanities. Daniela recommended Nicholas Mancini who worked at Canaroma Main Showroom located at Wilson Street in Toronto. Nicholas helped us to select and order everything needed to completely renovate our bathrooms: - all the vanities, shower sets, faucets, toilets, mirrors etc. We went to Canaroma 2-3 times. Nicholas was professional, detail-oriented, patient and knowledgeable. All we ordered was delivered on time and without any damage. Our project was completed successfully on time and on budget. Over rated. The lady who seems to manage this place needs an attitude adjustment. If she tries to help you with any technical questions, ask for someone else. She will chase you away. Friendliness and courtesy is missing. A first impression is a lasting impression. There are so many other bath and tile stores!

We purchase some tile and they promise if its not match we can return
how ever when I return tile after 20 minutes argument whit sales person (VERY NICE GENTELMEN) GINO I ended up whit very on perfotinal person so called manager and he denied all promises and finally after 5 days and so many phone call they charge25% restocking be ware of they return policy and read 3 page fine print before purchasing something. Never go back there and I wont recommended to any body.

Excellent experience with the Canaroma team. High quality European and Canadian sourced products. Pave took care of one small issue I had right away and he was very knowledgeable!

Went for the first time at customer service pick up desk is disastrous.

Hi Dear Owner of Canorama,

I do believe that DUE TO Canorama sells NOT CHEAP staff THE CUSTOMER SERVICE department at your store MUST PROVIDE APPROPRIATE SUPPORT TO THEIR CLIENTS.

It didn't happened in our case! Shower that we purchased a year ago and paid $1600 was broken and the customer service instead of helping us with this problem redirected us to someone that wasn't helpful at all (repairing company).
I sent lots of messages to Canorama (Tearrah) but there was a ZERO help. I am assuming that since I purchased item and exit from your store there will be zero responsibility about item that you cell from your side. Right?
As per my last conversation with Tearrah I requested phone call from the customer service manager or owner of the store and still waiting.

I AM WAITING FOR HELP SINCE SEPTEMBER AND MY ISSUE STILL NOT RESOLVED.

This store has some nice high end bath fixtures (this is no big box on a budget type retail store) and all staff that I interacted with were super helpful including at the shipping receiving pickup door at the back.
