They say they are open till 1am but you rock in at 11: 30pm and they've basically stopped selling everything besides fries and soggy leftover chicken

I ordered 10 chicken strips and 1 fries. Despite eating them immediately, they were both soggy and not fresh. The Frozen Cold Brew with sweet cream resembled more of a milkshake, but it was tasty and not overly sweet.

If there was a zero stars option on this location that is what I would give it. Poor service right from the start. She actually turned her back on me and went to package an order that wasn't cooked yet. She just ignored me and that left both of us waiting...

We picked up a BOGO and unlike some other customers, we found the service to be great, the quantity of food to be as expected and the quality to be like the old KFC. We ordered online which was straightforward.

Had to wait at least 20. Minutes for in store service for a dried out burger. Service was astoundingly slow for all the customers I saw.

I came here with my father and his girlfriend for dinner. The food was amazingly delicious and the service was superb. Our waitress was very friendly and took care of us with everything we needed.

Love this place but Staff needs to pay more attention. I’ve ordered my food at drive thru and told me to wait at front door. The one Indian girl who took my order, her shift was over and didn’t told any fellow staff member that I was at the front...

The food isn't bad but a while ago staff started yelling at my dad cause he wanted to order the chicken strips and when he left the manager followed him to his car and asked my dad to apologize for upsetting the staff member.

Never coming back. Worst
service ever. The girls were very disrespectful and rude especially the cashier who has a lack of understanding basics.

Do yourself a favor and stop by Pita on the Run while you’re in Niagara. Food was great with excellent flavor and only bested by the kind service. We were only in town for one night but came here twice. Ps. The Masala Chai is amazing. Be prepared to wait...

A & W is my favourite fast food place to eat. Everything is high quality and delicious. Service is also always excellent. I especially like their fries over other fast food restaurants.
