Applied there for a temp job. Had an interview and they never got back to me!

Told we would wait 6 minutes for their apple turnover so said no problem. Waited 10 minutes and got it home and still raw. Don't mind waiting but please cook it.

Better quality breakfast ingredients than Tim's, of course a small protion pricier.
This restaurant is clean and modern, and staff very friendly as other A&W locations.

Located in a gas station, drive-thru is available and probably the best option. Fast service.

Do not order delivery from this location. Your food will never arrive. I waited over an hour for my order and it never came. I ended up cancelling because I couldn't wait any longer.

This was the third week in a row that the chicken burgers were awful. They were obviously cooked earlier and only reheated when we ordered. The lettuce was sparse and brown. Not enough mayo. The taters were chewy instead of crunchy. Again, probably reheated...

Never prepare online order on time.
At counter, they say 5 min and takes another 30 minutes.

At the back of front counter they were all talking and hiding.no one wants to come to front Counter to serve customer.

The food is almost always bang on. But I’ve learned to check it before I leave to make sure. I also go in to get my food when I can as to ensure accuracy as well.

It’s the better fast food joint.
The cashier was super kind to my 5 year old who was having a day. She gave her root beer lollipops and let her pick candy canes off the tree. It really helped mitigate a frustrating shopping outing.

Bought food for my son, it was done in a timely manner.

I live nearby and come to this A&W frequently. They deserve 5 stars! Their food is consistently fast and fresh, and even better, all the workers are ALWAYS so friendly. I'm really grateful for this!
