Just had our pool opened this week … great service as always. Highly recommend Custom Leisurescapes.

Well after being a customer for 10+ years my wife and I finally made the decision to move on after the service steadily declined over the past 5 years. We provided multiple opportunities to the staff to earn our business and the lack of follow through and excuses as to why became the reason. We requested quotes for a pool safety cover and after 3 years got one and it is still not installed properly after the first winter and even the owner came out and still left with an open side. Also for the third year in a row upon opening there was damage that no one shared with us. Delivered the incorrect chemicals that we have never used before at opening which we pre-pay for. When we contacted them about this they shared they do not return chemicals and provided excuses no solutions. Not bad people just don't listen, follow up or seem to really care. Disappointing to say the least: (

The review was posted after years of trying even previous to today's environment. Employees and customers do expect a lot as they should. This was an opportunity for this business to own the concerns we have had and have decide not to and pass on the blame. Train better, pay better and you with retain amazing people that provide amazing service that care. In return customers will pay more for better service. Fast food was referenced but is that really a fair comparison to a pool safety cover that cost $5000 and still does not securely covering our pool in the winter to protect our dogs? If you wish to improve this opportunity is being provided.

We couldn’t have been happier with the service and quality that was provided by Steve and his team. Our new inground pool is everything we wanted and with the guidance of Sonja, the installation was seamless even during Covid. Thank you job well done and I look forward to many years of pool use.

Great work completed in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations. Emily is very responsible and keeps a close attention to customers outlook and requests. Highly recommended.

There are few owners who truly care about their customers, but Steve of custom leisurescapes is one such owner. He took time to really understand our family’s needs and we can’t thank him enough.

Great experience from start to finish! I would highly recommend this company for all your hot tub needs!

Impressive! I ordered a part and before I got a call back the part was hand delivered right to my backyard (out of town). Overall we are happy with the pool, it’s exactly what we ordered. We understand delays with covid and are still waiting for 2 covers. We bought this pool in April and finally received it mid July. Customer service needs a bit of a fix as we definitely felt there was a lack of communication at times with delays, we were always calling them, I don’t remember one call from them unless it was returning mine.

Not very happy with our experience as we were told on multiple occasions that our tub had wifi so we didn’t have to go out to turn the tub on in the winter by hand. Tony the sales man repeatedly informed us and verified that the tub did have wifi but not Bluetooth as there were no speakers. After calling and speaking with Tony, we were basically told “too bad so sad”. It will cost $400 if you want to purchase a separate wifi system. We are not paying again for something that was already part of the deal.
Nothing has been done now even though we paid for it and did no receive it. We were lied to and on top of that were not given our Air miles credit as promised. We have given Tony multiple opportunities to resolve the issue to no avail.
We will be filing a full complaint with the BBB.
So very very disappointed not necessarily in the product but in the unethical sales tactics.
Delivery staff was very professional and we do love our new tub but not happy being lied to and dismissed after the bill of $7000 was paid on top of the $1500 for the electrician fees without getting what we were promised by Tony. We even have a picture of the advertisement paper on the tub stating it did have wifi. This is shameful.
No one even came to show us how to use it as most companies do for such a purchase.
So disappointed and feel we were taken for being uneducated in tubs and first time buyers.

We had Custom Pool and Spa install our 16 x 32 foot In ground pool this summer and we are really enjoying it! Right from the beginning of going into the store and talking with Sonya for advice and recommendations and setting up schedule for installation and the workmanship of the guys putting the pool in were above reproach. Steve’s crew were always professional and courteous to us at all times. Steve also had the best concrete people Tony and Sammy who were awesome, even my vicious dog loved them. We would highly recommend Steve and the rest of Custom Pool and Spa staff to put in a reasonably priced pool with very good craftsmanship.

Custom installed a pump and heater for us. We are happy with the service and even happier with the results

We had a pool installed last summer by Custom Pool and Spa. We had called 6 different companies, 4 got back to us, and Custom Pool and Spa was the first to offer to come out and access our yard. We were given a quote on the spot and waited 2 weeks for the other quotes. We felt comfortable with Custom so chose them. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The install crew was amazing!

Once our pool was complete we took our water in to be tested and balanced. The store staff was very attentive and patient in explaining proper water chemistry to us as well as how to run all of our equipment!

We found Custom Pool to be top notch and would refer them to anyone! We plan on going in and purchasing a hot tub this year!

We just had our pool completed by Custom Pool and Spa and we couldn’t be happier. We looked into a lot of other pool companies, but went went with Steve. Right from the beginning he was a step above the rest, taking the time to sit with us answer our questions, show us pictures of other completed jobs, and work with us on the price. Not only do they set you up with a perfect pool but teach you how to use it all in their pool school class in store. Steve and his team are a group of hardworking polite and dedicated professionals. I would highly recommend custom pool and spa.
