I came in here for my sister’s birthday and we had the most wonderful time. The atmosphere was lovely and the food was absolutely divine. The service was amazing and our waitress was Brittany and she was super sweet and made the whole experience better, she was quick, very meticulous, and overall a delight to have. I would definitely recommend to come here, everything was overall amazing.

We had the pleasure of being served by Mariam, she gave us the most welcoming service. Food was also great, definitely coming back!

Brittany always makes our visits here so worth the drive. Amazing food with the best service. Ask for Brittany next time you come.

I had the pleasure of visiting this Denny’s last Sunday morning. I was seated immediately and my order was taken after 5 minutes. The lady (Britany) was friendly and she was busy with all the tables yet she asked everyone how the food is and if we needed anything. I got the Philly cheese steak omelette and it was absolutely flavourful. I also got served by this cute robot and it was my first time seeing something like this in real life. I loved it and I would definitely come back for breakfast as it wasn’t overly expensive, the service was pristine and the food was flavourful and excellent! Recommend to all!

Always go to this location and never disappoints. Came here with my dad to celebrate my birthday and Britney was a wonderful server who was very nice and attentive to whatever we needed!

I visited here today. I asked the girl if i can sit here and she said i cant sit here because she cant see me there. These guys are racist. I am indian so she just want yo see me eating and see what i do. I have to pay for food ok you are not serving for free. If u dont want to work sit home. But dont ruin someones day.
And after that one more lady i thing she was the manager than she said to the first lady to tell us the table is not clean so we cant sit there.
First of all its your work just clean the table and serve us.

Denny is one of those restaurants where you know what your gonna get everytime. If it's weekend mornings it's gonna be busy but never fret the wait is never long. Your gonna get quick service and the same quality everytime. The last time I went it was extremely busy and the hostess was dealing with irrational customers and when it came our turn she was pleasant like everything was fine.

I love Denny's.

Breakfast is always decent. No complaints there and nice service.dinner choices though; try at your own risk especially their steaks; tough as I dont know what, swallowing was a chore, dry and tasteless. Definitely better making it your own. They should just stick with making breakfast

Good food & service. Real quick turnaround on order too. Made it a great spot for a hockey tournament meal while playing at CAA.

Had a very pleasant experience with a quick covid screening then straight to the table. The dining area was very clean and had excellent presentation skills.

Fast and friendly service. Our server was quick to get our order down and serve the food. It was a busy day for a Sunday but we were in and out in like an hour and a half. Great food!

Denny's is my go to for food. Including healthy options. This one served the food faster than other Denny's.

Occasional visitor to Denny’s. The place strikes me with the extra friendly and fast. Our server gave us great suggestions. Tables and the atmosphere is very clean even though this location is always packed.

As for food, Food is amazing just like any Denny’s location. Especially their morning crepes, wedges and hashbrowns. I wouldn’t recommend the steak, It was a little too greasy. But besides that everything is perfect.

This was my first visit to Denny's place on Saturday morning. I liked the dinning area, it has plenty of spaces for customers. Families with small kids were enjoying having their breakfast. They serve meals as per menu pretty quickly. I was interested to explore more so I asked different items from multiple meals and to my surprise they served me very well and as per my order. Quality is fantastic at this place price is ok and matches with the quality of food they serve. I recommend to visit this place but please go with an empty stomach then you would enjoy the food more.

The worst restaurant I have ever been to. I was waiting over 30 mins for someone to come and help me. Finally walked out. The staff were completely disrespectful. If I could rate this restaurant zero stars, I definitely would.

Worst customer service ever. Went there friday night around 9 pm and the girl at the front said come some other time because their kitchen is too busy. Like seriously? Would never recommend this location to anyone. Complete wastage of time.

Covid measures were fantastic, staff was wonderful and the food was delicious! Everyone was on the same page and they had a smooth system running. The food was fresh and hot and the server we had was so kind. Will definitely be back when I'm down that way again!

Listen.it's Denny's, this ain't fancy. This is that moons over my hammy at 3am after the club flex. Have some coffee, sober up and enjoy your eggs. 10/10 would sleep on a booth again.

I've been going to this location for over 15 years with my family, friends and business associates and I have to say, the staff, especially the servers, are the most pleasant and sweetest staff I've ever encountered. The food of course is always consistent, served up in a timely manner, and always tasty. I enjoy tipping the staff extra than the normal because they certainly deserve it. Thanks to everyone at that location for the consistently great service and food!

They say open 24 hours and we are here right now and is closed.we maked 30 minutes driven for nothing.

Kids always love this location and the servers here. It's at a great spot if your catching a movie or having a day out. The servers are friendly and your food comes however, service can be slow. Between placing order and receiving food can be 30 mins sometimes when they are busy but when the food comes its usually smoking hot.

I ordered 2 orders at 10: 40 am. It’s been more than an hour and the order is still not ready. When I ordered on the phone the lady said it would be 15-20 mins. There are so disorganized. I hate ordering from them because they only give u one cutlery for two orders. Don’t be cheap u guys run a restaurant. We are paying for the food. It’s a pandemic and u cannot even provide cutlery.

What am I suppose to do? Eat pancakes with my hands?

Bad management and service. They need more employees to work.

Food was great.with covid almost hard to.comment on service as there is so many restrictions but our waitress definitely tried.

I am so sorry I have to say this but the service is horrible we had to keep asking for cutlery ask for water for kids ask for plates the servers are not paying attention.

Even if they are not busy you still have to wait 30 mins for sitting and then you order your food it will take another 30 mins to come. For the drink there straws are so thin that you cannot sip-in. Food was ok.

Horrible first the wait told us 15 mins waited 40 mins then my coffee cup had lipstick on it the water cup had something black in it the eggs had hair on the plate by the time the food arrived it was cold and we were too disgusted to eat
Never going there again

Disastrous. Manager doesn’t even follow Covid protocols with his masks under his chin. The guy taking my order couldn’t find my receipt and had no clue what he was doing. It was busy but there’s no excuse to wait over an hour for pancakes. When I wanted to cancel the guy who took my order had no clue and the other ladies weren’t even checking to help him. They had no clue what happened to my order. 45 minutes I can’t get my receipt nor a refund.

Our waitress was really nice and she even remembered our order off by heart.overall great place, great food and great staff. Make sure to try their nachos, their amazing!

The crepes were surprisingly delicious! With the creme and strawberries.

Sunday brunch, about a 10 minute wait, super glad it was not long. Portions were great, although food took a little longer than expected, I just assumed it’s because of Stage 3 reopening so still getting back into the groove of things.

We went to Denny's for a brunch meal durring covid (pre lockdown #2) and though we were only 1 of 3 people at the restaurant our experience was horrendous. The following all occurred during the one meal, which was had here (our first at this Denny's in 2020 and for sure our last with Denny's all together) :

1) The manager and the server were wearing fabric masks below their noses - no precautions due to covid appeared to be taken by the very people communication with us or handling our food
1a) We were initially being polite once we noticed our hostess was not using her mask correctly and didn't realize the totality of violations taking place until we had spent some time there.

2) I was served coffee in a cup stained with lipstick marks - that I had to raise as a concern with the wait staff.

3) The replacement cup of coffee provided was cold. I asked for hot coffee and was told that a new pot would need to be brewed specifically for me, to which I responded and is that a problem? Hot coffee was eventually provided more than half way through my meal.

4) A wax paper like item was found in my husband's hash browns and when this was raised with the staff we were told it was a tortilla piece; which doesn't explain why it was not edible and was caught in his mouth.

At this point we proceeded to pay and leave; the manager applied a 10% discount in the bill which is more infuriating because, we would have rather had an explanation and a conversation given the poor state of the restaurant and the service. He however did not take the time to speak to his 1 of 3 tables.

Utterly disappointed and disgusted by this experience. On a side note, our server had a serious attitude problem and her co-worker had to step in part way through because it appears she was not capable of producing an apology for her poor service or clear disregard for covid regulations.

Highly recommend you avoid this place at all cost.

I called this morning to enquire about whether the birthday promotion still stood given the inability to dine-in due to Covid and was told yes, you just need to bring your license and order it for curbside pick up. While on my way i called to order ahead and was then told by someone else that the promotion only stands if you order another meal as well. So essentially it's buy 2 get 1 free which is not written in any of the fine print online and completely discriminates against singles. These are the kinds of details for promotions that should be readily available. What a disappointing way to start a birthday.

Been going here for years for anytime breakfast, I love the food and I love how it’s open 24 hours it’s a great place to just hangout and have a good time.

The food is mediocre and service is really slow don't go if your in a hurry or on a schedule, I've been there very early in the morning and the Bacon was terrible! How do you screw up BACON!? ! It was obviously precooked and sitting in a chafing dish in the prep area. I've gone during the morning rush and sat for 15 mins before I saw the server and waited another 15 to get my food all the while the other customers were trying to get the server's attention to get there order or there bill.

Denny's isnt bad, pretty decent for breakfast. I still havent fully understood the concept of the 55+ menu and why they have healthier options for older people

Would give it no stars if I could. SERVICE IS TRASH. Placed an order via skip. I was told the pick up time is 1: 04. I went in at 1 to pick it up they said 5 to 10 mins until its ready. We waited a whole 40 mins to get the order. They did not even start prepping it until we got there. And they had a whole 40 mins to have it ready before the pick up time. After we went in for the third time to ask about our order, the manager refused to check how much longer it was going to take and behaved in an absolutely unacceptable way. It is his one job to make sure the restaurant is working smoothly. If the management is trash and cant treat customers with respect then you clearly do not deserve to be the manager.

I've been coming to Dennys on courtney park in Mississauga for 11 to 12 years. It wasn't just my favorite dennys it was my favorite breakfast place. Best french toast (previous). Ownership changed recently. I asked the server. Now the service is extremely bad. Long wait time even though half of the diner is empty. The food is horrible.

When I say the food is horrible im talking about stomach ache. Worst french toast. Worst pancakes. Even burned hash browns. Im so sad this used to be my favorite spot.

2 stars as the food (that did all eventually get to us) was delicious. The service however, left so very much to be desired. Half our order didnt come out, there was no quality check or beverage refills, no ketchup or syrup available on the table, our waitress couldn't be seen and the others ignored us. The food was excellently done though kudos to the cooks

I was a little nervous going to this location after reading some reviews. However, I am happy to say that the service is great, the food came out in a timely manner and was hot and perfectly cooked. Very happy with this location.

Even on s busy Sunday the food was fresh hot and the service was very good. I've always had a soft spot for this restaurant and I'm glad to see things haven't changed

I love Denny’s since few years now. This was one of the first eating joints I searched once in Mississauga. My favorite is the fit fare skillet. It’s healthy and yummy. I felt the service was a lil slow at this particular location but the staff was friendly enough to compensate for that.

Super unimpressed that they are only open until 4pm over the holidays. There are those of us who don't get the luxury of being home for Christmas. We are generally the ones who deliver all of your daily needs and we can't even get a good warm supper on the holidays, this makes me very upset. Not only would I absolutely love to be home with my family for the holidays, but i would also love a real meal. Over all the quality of the food at this Denny's is outstanding, one of the best across Canada actually. They did have a 5 star rating but after walking up to the door at 4: 03 PM to see it closed, my 5 star outlook on it completely changed.

Can't keep up with the number of customers on Sunday morning. Food quality suffered along with service. Food wasn't horrible but for the cost I've had better.

I literally took the time to post from my business and my personal account just to warn everyone of the absolutely terrible service they have at this location. I would give this location zero stars if I could. The manager wasn't helpful in any way what so ever. Absolutely rude and disrespectful and beyond incompetent. I am going to launch a formal complaint with their head office as well just because the service this time was that bad.

Absolutely terrible service. Manager is rude and disrespectful. Would not reccomend to anyone ever. I will personally drive to the Denny's further from my home just to avoid this location's incompetent staff and disrespectful service.

We've been to this location several times over the past year or so and every time it's the same thing. We order something grilled or fried and it's always overcooked and smells of rancid grease or oil. They definitely do not clean their grills nearly enough and do not change their fry oil enough either.
Having worked in the restaurant industry for many years, I know this is a time consuming task as it is but rotating grills/fryers is even more important to ensure they are cleaned DAILY to accommodate a 24 hour restaurant like this place is. I think it is a reflection of a generally overall dirty location.
Just be warned when/if you go here to eat.
Otherwise, the service, prices and portions are all decent.

Foods still good and greasy however I must say I rated two stars because the restaurant was 15% full but alot of guests including myself had to be on a waitlist for 10mins to be seated after waiting 8mins for host to return to front. This was a Friday weekday lunch hour 12pm. It appeared that the servers all seemed lethargic as well and slow to attention and food service was slow. Took a good 45mins before we had food all of which we shovelled in 10mins so food is not an issue but service is grotesquely lacking

This morning I visited the Courtney Park location for brunch. I have not visited a Denny's in over a year, and I was looking forward to eating there. Unfortunately, the service I received was by far the worst I have ever experienced in a very long time. To begin, we had to wait over five minutes to be greeted and offered drinks. We ordered at the same time that we asked for our drinks. We then waited over half an hour for our food, despite seeing customers who arrived after us receiving their food before us. We had to ASK about our meal, and then as if by magic, our food appeared. Not shockingly, as our food had probably been sitting there for as long as we had been waiting, it was not hot, and was barely warm. We flagged down our waitress to tell her, and she proceeded to deny that the food had obviously been sitting there - it couldn't have been that we ask about our delayed meal and ALL OF A SUDDEN, it's ready. Ten minutes later (which is how long we should have initially been waiting), our food arrives. One of our meals was wrong (had sausages when we asked for just bacon) but at this point, we were so hungry, so we carried on eating. We were presented with our bill, to which we were shocked that we were even being provided with one after having been at the restaurant for an hour and a half because of delays, cold food and poor service. The waitress shrugged off our question about whether food would be comped at all. We reluctantly paid. It was a disastrous experience and I'm appalled at having to have paid for what we received.

Food came fast, seated fairly reasonably close to the guesstimated time. But the service was bad because the waitress was pushing is through. I know the more people come in and out make more money, that's how the world works. Yet you don't have to keep asking for bills, debit, and staring because your having a conversation with someone. Geeze

Delicious food, pretty alright service. I'd recommend having more than 1 waiter/waitress for a dinner rush. Our waitress was fantastic but had to wait awhile cause she was the only one working.

The place was clean and cozy. The server was polite and friendly. Food was served a bit late considering there were not that many people there, but looked and tasted great. The drinks though (lemonade) was very sweet and full of sugary syrup. Over all pleasant experience, would visit again.
