It's a good place for large portion food. The staff were friendly and food was good. The Mac n cheese was a little too much cheese. But it was still a good meal.

I just want to say that our server was so nice and friendly! Went there at around 4: 30/5 in the morning and he was the only person working. Wish I got his name! In terms of the food, although I was the second person there, I got my food last & it was cold, the only thing warm was the eggs which was disappointing because at that time you want to enjoy warm friend food in your stomach. Definitely don’t plan on returning here but still wanted to give our server his props because he says that sometimes he stays later to finish up past his scheduled time & they don’t pay him. So if you’re reading this and going during the overnight shift! Tip that man! He’s super nice and hard working! Tall, older gentlemen & wears glasses

We stopped by tonight (Sunday) at around 9pm only to find that it was closed when its supposed to be open for 24 hrs tonight.quite disappointed as there were no signs to apologize and notify the customers they will be closing early. In addition, we saw a sign on their door saying this location is only doing 50% off grand slams for birthday meals.no more free ones as per the usual dennys promotion.

We weren’t ordering food just drinks, Sophie was disrespectful to my friends and then refused to take my order, took our menus and stormed off.

After Jan 22 2024 there is no more free birthday breakfast but 50 percent off the birthday breakfast price

Denny's is our favorite place to go for breakfast. It had everything we like to eat at a reasonable price. Our server Ruth, was great, friendly, personable and knowledgeable about the food.

Had lunch at the Whitby location. The food was great. Jun my server was friendly and provided excellent service. I had limited time and was able to get everything with time to spare. Great lunch experience today and I enjoy the hashbrowns!

Seated very quickly during a busy time. Unfortunately no one came to the table for over 15 minutes. That was until we flagged down a server by the name of Alexis. We explained the situation and although not in her area she assumed our table and got our order taken and was back in no time with our meals. She went above and beyond to correct the initial issue making us feel valued as customers. The food was hot and delicious!

Great service from Carolin. She was very friendly and quick service which was much appreciated having my 2 year old son who doesn't like to sit for very long.

I came for breakfast on my birthday and ordered the Grand Slam which was free! Jun is an excellent server.

I haven't been back to this location in a while, but it's just as good as i remember:) Ruth provided great service and my parents enjoyed their food! We'll be back soon!

Slowest service I seen in breakfast place. She never came back with jam that I asked for. Got ignored. Waited for my coffee refill for 15 min. I have to go to counter to remind for coffee refill.

Food was consistently good. The service was wonderful and the place nicely renovated. WARNING - No more free breakfast on your birthday though. Now it is a half price meal with purchase of a beverage. Still nice to go once in a while for sure!

Dennys whitby staff are friendly, funny and go the extra mile. Ruth is a fantastic waitress and knows when times are appropriate for checking on food quality, taste, etc.

Every Friday we ask our grandson where he would like to go for lunch, and the answer is always the same - "Denny's". We all have our favourite choices from the extensive menu from chicken fingers and fries to the great "55 plus" selections. The food is delicious and always hot. We have found the staff to be courteous, friendly and eager to please. Our server today was Jun who arranged for a take out meal for our grandson to take home to grandpa. We always have a pleasant experience at Denny's.

Today I dined in with my father to celebrate his birthday. We had a great experience; the robot who sang happy birthday was awesome. Our server Ruth was kind and interactive. She made our dine in experience warm and comfortable.
