Our server named Kumar made our experience wonderful. He was pleasant, and very attentive. Our service was perfect, the food was 100% correct. He made it so we will definitely come back.
Was a really bad experience for my birthday found a hair in the food waited over 45 mins for my food and manager did nothing about it also missing order of pancakes
We placed an order for egg Benedict, and ended up with dry potatoes and hard boiled egg.we were not compensated even after the complaint was made to the manager regarding the presentation and the quality of food. The milkshakes were amazing. I will not recommend nor go to this place again! Total waste of money!
I have always enjoyed the food at Denny’s at the downtown Toronto location. This was my first and hopefully last time at the Brampton branch. Who serves egg Benedict with medium boiled egg? The server should have made it clear. On the menu it clearly states poached egg so we were expecting that as we have had it in other places. The potatoes didn’t taste good and was dry. The only good thing was the milkshake. We were more disappointed because the manager did nothing to compensate.
The place was busy. Jasmine was so helpful and courtiers. Thanks Jasmine. The table was wet we we sat down so I have ask them to wipe it. Over all good place to eat
Rude experience ever seen of. Would never visit. Nor even order for takeout. I called almost 30 times nobody recieved call for taking order n this is the 4th time thats happened when they dont pick calls at night. We pay you money u dont give us for free to show us this attitude. We went for dine in and still they behaved so rude when we jus ordered for cheesecake.
We came at like 1am last week. My friend was getting married. The server was very customer oriented and was able to help us secure the booth we wanted.
Furthermore, the order came in as it was sent, and the server was able to provide what ever we asked.
My experience at denys was a comfortable cozy atmoshere, not rushed. The Server was very friendly & the girl being trained was also friendly & professional. The food of course was warm, tasty & delicious. We had a great breakfast. I highly recommend this place. Denys on hwy 7 & airport rd.
I use to go here alot.right upto last year.and i always loved it.haven't been there in a while due to pandemic.but i wasn't impressed this time.the food quality dropped, i loved how much u can use to customize your order, but now the customization is chargeable.i mean u can't replace anything without paying it like an add on.which was frustrating.if it always been like that would understand, but they were pretty nice in replacing your ingredients u don't Iike with the ones u like
Went for breakfast, liked the harsh brown didn’t like the service, I didn’t even actually meet her since she was busy No coffee top up No questioning about “ how the food is “ Which as a person I like to make sure my guest have the proper food
Dine in is open, the food and service was great, it has been a long time since I’ve been to Denny’s and I am glad I took an unplanned visit! It was definitely worth every bite:)
Service here is always great! We have come as a couple and also with our two boys and every time the servers have been wonderful. Food tastes good and many selections are available. The last time were were there I ordered the French vanilla strawberry crepe that also came with choice of three other items. The kids had birthday cake pancakes which they always love and finish it all up.
Only thing to mention is with the inconsistency of the kids meals, sometimes when we go we are told to choose two sides with the pancakes and recently we were told only one side. Not sure if the number of sides have changed or?
Absolutely the worse Denny's i have ever been. The wait was ridiculously long. Where i was waiting i could see the kitchen the chef had no mask on while preparing the food, but he made sure to put on his mask when he walked through the diner hmm. After the long long wait they gave me the wrong order and i had to wait another 15mins to get my order and the order was still incorrect.
Such an awful experience visiting there after midnight for dine in. Servers seems to be sleepy and unwanted to serve the food. Experienced poor customer service and food was also not that good it use to be.
Worst customer service ever Very Disapointed with them if i could give a 0 star i would go for that the employee working at the moment has no respect for the customer and is very Unprofessional its the nearest location to my house and i called them to place an order the guy told me to call back after some time and didnt take my order i called them back twice after 10 mins no answered the phone.there is no use of opening the resturant for 24 hours if you are not willing to take orders.i had to call another location to get my takeout.this is the worst location ever i am never coming back to this location.
We have been going here for years and we never have an issue. The food is always prompt and tastes amazing. Service is top notch and very friendly. Definitely recommend a meal here any day!
I called them to place an order and the guy said me to call back after 15 min beacuse he is very busy to take my order. Worst kind of service ever received.telling a customer that we are busy to take order. Never going back here because it look like this restaurant is not interested in customers to buy food from them.
Just ordered from them, they secured the food HOWEVER, they did not secure the drink! How do I know that the driver did not spit in my drink or do something to my drink because they made no effort to seal the drink properly. BS!
I ordered through skip the dishes and the picture on the app had 5 big chicken tenders but I received 4 super small ones. Like the ones that are the last few left at a dinner party because their so small and skinny. This should be under kids meal and half the price. Very disappointing if I was in the restaurant I would have requested for it to be taken back. It’s not even like one of them is small they all are and I mean like the size of a pinky finger. This is the first time I’ve had an issue with this restaurant though their usually 5 star quality but I guess had an off day.
Never really went to Denny's much.ever really. The other day the kids ask for breakfast for dinner and my wife suggests Denny's. You know what? They have a lot of good options that are quite tasty. You want breakfast for dinner now don't you? Yeah you do.
I ordered a breakfast today and the food was great. Everything was in the bag. It toke a little extra time to get the food but ordering on the phone was quick and easy. Customer service was okay, could appreciate if they kept change. Overall, nice place.
Service wasn't great, but the food was good. Was there with a group of 7 for breakfast, the waitress told us there was going to be a gratuity charge for a group larger than 6 which didn't make because we all had individual bills, and the waitress didn't put 15% on our bill, she put 18%. So we spoke to a manager and she told us we didn't have to pay the gratuity charge so she changed all the bills. The waitress name is Razia.
Always have a great experience at Denny's Brampton! The service is always wonderful! Jas was always on the ball and anticipated our needs. Even though it was busy, she made sure we were content! Love their pancakes! Thank you Jas for the recommendation
I've come to this Denny's many times and so far they were pretty satisfactory. However, the service seems rushed the last couple times i have visited. Food the last time was a bit disappointing also. I ordered a grand slam but noticed hair baked into my eggs.i let the staff know, they saw it clearly. She took back the plate and gave me another fresh plate 10 minutes later but I was looking to get my meal for free or even discounted.thats just unacceptable and unsanitary. I really didnt have an appetite to eat after that. Things might have changed since but I'm not sure if I will visit this location anytime soon.
Denny's is a good place but this specific location the service was very very slow and you did not care we waited 30 minutes with no water and I was thirsty Waters came 5 minutes before our meals. The tables here are not well-maintained there's crumbs and sticky liquid on the tables we have to wipe it down ourselves with napkins
I found my server to not be very respectful. She was interjecting into the conversation with my guest from out of town. The tables and restaurant itself were neat and tidy. When we arrived, there restaurant was less than one quarter full. However, the timeliness of our meals were quote extensive. My friend order the waffles, eggs and bacon while I ordered the triple berry slam. Her waffle was so overcooked she could barely cut it. My food arrived 20 minutes after my colleague's food has arrived. They forgot about my friends waffle and it also came out after I now started eating. I understand this restaurant isn't upscale but they should say least have their service a bit more on point. My food tasted good but service was unsatisfactory.
Expensive with marginal food quality, poor service and a ten minute wait to get a table.also a ten minute wait to get the bill.we weren't offered a coffee refill until our meal was over.that's when we asked for the tab
The service is horrible you wait forever for a table and the system that they use to seat guests is very disorganized! They need to fix it and on top of all that when I finally got seated the booth seat was broken with tape on it this is absolutely ridiculous I am never coming back here!
I took my husband here for breakfast for his birthday June 6 2019 and was served undercooked scrambled eggs and mouldy toast. The eggs were made again without issue. I was brought new toast by the manager and again it was mouldy only this time instead of mould right on the top where I could see it The mouldy slice as placed on bottom. I cannot believe I was served mouldy toast on 2 separate occasions and both times by the manager. I will never eat here again. I barely touched my food because if theyll serve mouldy bread what else are they serving that's expired. The eggs were for my 7month old son who cannot eat under cooked eggs and I had requested "well done scrambled eggs, cooked through please" i will not take my family here again. If my husband wants denny's again we will go to the one in mississauga where we've never had an issue.
I normally go with my brothers to Dennys for late night dinners. It's cheap, the food is always good, and its a comfortable place to chill. My brother is in a wheelchair so they always accommodate him. I always get the Avocado Burger, 100% recommend.
The original greasy spoon diner type place. All day breakfast menu and all day dinner menu I think. But most people like me just get breakfast. Can't go wrong with a lumberjack slam. Or build your own grandslam.
The food has just gone down hill from the old location on queen street. I come back homing things would be different but it's not. Every single time my hash browns come under cooked, bread seams like it's just cardboard. Service is the slowest in the gta conpaird to the other Denny's. Definitely going to take the drive to the courtney park location from now on
Been to this location multiple times, but my trip yesterday was very disappointing. Showed up at around 9: 30 am. Not busy at all. No one the door to greet us and waited 5 minutes to be seated. Finally when greeted the server sat us but did not provide a high chair and booster seat as requested. Had to get this myself. The kids menus were photocopied in black and white and laminated. Difficult to read but also no coloring for the kids. When they brought out the kids drinks no kid cups. I ordered the breakfast poutine, tasty however I believe the homefries were reheated. They were soggy. Finally when my meal was done the server was no where to be seen and finally after putting our jackets on she realized we needed the bill. Could have easily walked out without paying and no one would have noticed
Really busy, but all staff worked together to get people seated quickly. Food portion sizes are good for the prices paid. Plenty of menu options and dietary restriction solutions.
I love Dennys. I always have a good hearty breakfast each time I go. This evening I had a really good waitress. Her name is Kay. She is super sweet. She definitely has customer service skills. I observed her even with the other customers and she is so pleasant. She was the only waitress working too and she made sure every single customer was taken care of. Good job!
I called in twice to place a pickup order and was told to hold the line, then after waiting on the line, the person hung up. This happened again right after I called back? Looks like they don't care much to take my business.
The service and attention to customer detail was lacking. The restaurant was at 10% capacity yet the interaction with server was minimal and food delivery slow. Food: Hash browns hard, wimsy and so greasy, fries greasy, vegetable omelet extremely bland. Serving staff: Despite us letting our server know that one of the members in our party had a birthday that same day, she didn't acknowledge that nor did she make mention the complementary "Grand Slam" which is a key treat item for birthday individuals. I have to say that I value quality, engaged service provided by restaurant servers, and to generously, as they deserve it - however, this time I picked up the tab for our entire 6-person dinner party and LEFT NO TIP. It's too bad because before today I've always enjoyed eating at this location - 215 Delta Park Blvd, Brampton
Unfortunately, one of the sorrier breakfasts I've had in quite a while: eggs were dry, bacon razor thin, sausage luke warm and Belgium waffle was dry and strong on the baking powder.
