Bought above ground pool ($2,000.00) on line during covid for grandson with CP who helped pay for it. It was delivered, but liner for a 4foot not 5ft.that was purchased. After pics and videos sent, they refused to send an exchange liner and even though the walls were supported with timber while we fought for a liner that fit, it was too windy and blew in fiberglass sides that not only bent but kinked therefor not safe for children to swim in. Our old pool of 30 years finally ripped the aluminum side and the pressure of water would tear a child apart. So I have parts of a pool sitting on my grass for 2 years and what am I supposed to do with it? They do not honour their products!

Update: After reviewing the instructions I can confirm that it doesn’t say a god dam thing about anything mentioned in the reply below. Nice try.

Purchased a Wilbar Sovana Hybrid Pool. I followed the manufacturers instructions exact on setting it up. They instructed to install the return jet immediately after putting the liner in. With no water in the pool. Then when the pool is filled the liner stretched up a bunched around the return jet causing the liner to rip a few inches below the jet. I brought the instructions into the store to tell them what happened. All they could say was they don’t recommend Diyers, and offered to sell me a patch kit. No thanks. Ended up buying a new liner. Cost me another 380 dollars. I’m probably not the first person this has happened too and won’t be the last. How about not selling a pool with the wrong instructions and not the proper way to install. Horrible instructions. Horrible customer service. So angry

I would like to post less than 1 star, don't buy a hot-tub from this company. They don't honour any warranty. Bought a tub in Jan 23, it failed April 23. They advised me after I purchased the tub (May 23) with a letter stating they have a third party service company that charges you a $129.00 +tx service call charge. I was told this by the sales person when I went in to get the tub fixed. I was also told the first charge would be refunded (not so)

We purchased an an ONYX 21” above ground pool, and have had many compliments on how nice the liner and outside resin colour are. A year later, when I called customer service to answer some of our questions, Ana was extremely kind, generous, and helpful. We also purchased a pool cover recently and are very happy with the quality of this product as well. We will definitely order from this company again. The customer service is quick, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Katrina-Rose, the manager, told me on Jun 23rd she could get a heat exchanger for my Raypak266 pool heater by Jun 27th, the next Tuesday, so I plonked down $1361.65 (order 196837) and waited. Nothing on the 27th. I had to call to find out their truck had not delivered. Katrina-Rose promised me she would ask that the following truck (July 4th) have our purchased heat exchanger. Yesterday, nothing, not even a call (I called in the afternoon at 1pm and she said she'd call back in an hour, I had to call back at 5: 57pm to talk to her and she said it would arrive TODAY, July 5th). Today, nothing. Not even the courtesy of the call she promised me. No refund (to my Amex card). Waiting. Annoyed. In business you should not promise what you cannot deliver. And taking someone's money and not refunding it? Really? BBB complaint coming.

First time ever buying a hot tub and I am glad I chose to come here. The service I received was amazing! I was helped by Katrina, who was knowledgeable and helped me find exactly I needed. I can’t thank her enough and I will definitely be back!

Seems like a pretty decent store, friendly service, some prices seemed a bit high compared to Walmart or Amazon, but they didn't have a simple plug for a pool filter.
Interesting to see the owners response that they could have ordered it for me. They didn't offer to order it they told me to try another store.
I had to buy a solar cover and pucks as well, which totalled $300 so I just spent that money at the other store too.
I'll try again another time.

Discount prices but not discount service. This store has gone through an amazing transformation with new management.
Ask for Buck - he knows everything about your pool systems. Suggestions and smiles. I am really impressed with their Customer service. Good job Katrina!

My husband and I bought a spa in Sept 2022 and we were not told our cover was damaged. But we were told there is a new one coming and it will be delivered to us. As of Jan 2023 we are still waiting and were told when I contacted them they are waiting for supplies. Still no communication so I contacted them again this month March for 2023 and still waiting for a reply. First time customer and maybe the last time customer. It would be nice if someone would follow-up with this and maybe keep in contact once in a while and say hey we are still waiting for supplies. I bought it from discount pool and spa not the manufacturer so some communication with the customers would be great. All they keep telling me everytime I call is you can still use the one you have. That's not the point the point is I paid good money for my spa and I shouldn't have to use something that is damaged. And when I do get the new one I have to take the old one away. I find this is a big inconvenience to the customer.
