Worst service ever, owner and pharmacie are always rude, always opens late. Consistantly empty shelves

Pharmacy rarely answers the phone. Also they often like to say they haven’t received your prescriptions when they have for a fact been sent over 2x…. They are very respectful but they lack organization.

Understaffed and waited over an hour for a simple amoxicillin prescription.

Extremely rude lady pharmacist. Glad to see that I’m not the only one dealing with the poor service. The lady apparently has zero customer service skills and kindness, just attitude and condescending tone.

Today, I was greeted by an angel. I stopped into Rexall, to check my blood pressure. I had a couple questions, so I asked for the pharmacist. Unbeknownst to me, I would be greeted with the kindest human, I could have the pleasure of meeting. I struggle...

After finally switching over to this pharmacy we couldn't be happier. The service is so personal and the speed is also a major plus.

Overall, the store performs as you would expect. However, they have a very rude and unhelpful manager in the pharmacy: Nida Saif.
Every question is beneath her. She drags down the Rexall brand.

Got followed around the store. I was browsing and checking stuff out and everywhere I went, an employee with short blonde hair was ALWAYS around me. They treat their customers like trash. Would not go back.

I was told my prescription will be ready in 15 minutes, so I waited. It took them 1 hour to get it ready, and it wasn't even in the correct form. Ridiculously disorganized. Rude staff.

WASHROOM LOCKS DO NOT WORK. My mother and I went shopping in there, went to use the washrooms and locked the doors, we both had someone walk in on us.
