Located in downtown Orillia, this Rexall has very good wide aisles. I did not use their pharmacy. Found what I was looking for and staff were helpful to me.

Pharmacy is extremely slow filling prescriptions even if you call in beforehand.its happened every single time, not just a few. Don't bother using them find a better Pharmacy

Pharmacy staff are rude and disrespectful and definitely not helpful. (Mainly this older slimy looking guy, has oily hair and looks like he hasn’t slept in years) They don’t even greet you they just go “WHAT” as if that’s a conversation starter...

This pharmacy has been extremely helpful and can handle our extensive medication needs. Very kind, friendly and knowledgeable staff makes this pharmacy top of the line. They also have a fully stocked store which makes shopping a breeze.

I used to get my medication here and I remember that Alice was the friendliest pharmacist. The pharmacy manager, Manika was also nice and friendly at times. I guess a lot has changed over the years due to the negative reviews I see.

I've been with this pharmacy for many years. And it's gradually been going downhill but as soon as the main pharmacist left or sold. This pharmacy has crashed. Do not take your business there. PS you've been warned.
