Be sure your account is set up correctly, or you will be in for years of issues with nobody knowing how to solve it.

While everyone I talked to at the branch was friendly, there were issues even they couldn't solve, and instead of saying they are going to take some time today to solve it, or getting the branch manager involved, they told me to call their 1-800 number. Staff also don't leave notes in your account, so good luck if you come in later to solve something they called about. They were confused when handed an account closure document (like do people not provide that so there is proof).

One major thing I noticed at the branch was when I waited to talk to someone (even a teller) and wasn't acknowledged by anyone. Other members of staff who walked by either didn't look at me while I was waiting or didn't ask how they can help. That's customer service 101, it's everyone responsibility. I noticed this happened to other customers as well.

Another thing the staff at the branch need to work on is leaving good voicemails. Don't just tell me to call you back, give me all the information I need, so I can move forward.

Make sure you also look closely at what account you have, as many of their accounts now have monthly fees that are higher than their major competitors (including the big 5 banks). I understand this isn't something the branch has a say over, but I do expect them to lose customers over this.

The major reason I'm giving this low rating is that somehow they turned off some of my online banking abilities, and after talking to numerous people (both at the branch and their 1-800 number), nobody could solve it and nobody was willing to take extra time to solve this (they kept passing me around to different people).

Went into the branch on Tuesday in order to initiate a transaction and it needed authorization from a supervisor. The teller called the supervisor over, this lady didnt even so much as say “Good Morning”, very discourteous in my opinion. Sigh… at the end of the day, someone is choosing your service for their banking needs, please do better. If you come over to a till with a customer in front of it, a simple “Hello”, “Good Day” etc.goes a long way. Remember the money in the bank is there because clients choose to put their funds there.

I'm done with this Duca garbage. I closed my accounts and withdrew all of my money. Look at their hours of operation. Now closed on Saturdays, slow service, horrible app and website. Put your money somewhere else.

I just had to show some love for DUCA. A fine credit union; my folks have been members since the 60s.
