Not one of their better branches. Not open enough hours, closed on weekends, difficult to go to if you have a regular job and takes forever to get an appointment instead.

First of all they NEVER answer the phone. It's impossible to reach them. Secondly, I had a free business bank account with them for well over a year and a half now, they just started charging me for this account and say they sent 1 email about it but I never got it (and I have recieved other recent emails from them). I wouldn't consider 1 email enough notice being that it's very easy for anyone to miss one email (I'm a professional email marketer and getting 30% of your customers to open one email is considered a good rate, you need more than one of you want most of them to actually see what your sending, and it's possible to target the people who didn't open or click any links in it). This was apparently sent from head office which I think makes the notice even worse.
I called as soon as I realized I had been charged and was told the bank manager would call me back. That was Tuesday morning at open. It's now Friday and I haven't heard back still. There was no mention of them being on vacation so I assume I'm being ignored.
Use this credit union at your own risk.

There is no way of calling the branch directly. The 1-800 number has me waiting for over 30 minutes just to not speak to anyone. What a shame.

Extremely outdated. You must go in and physically sign paperwork nothing can be done online. Such rubbish

Amazing staff at this location, always friendly and accommodating!

I never have any issues or long wait times on any of my personal or business transactions!

If I could give zero star I would. Called them the whole day with no answer and when finally answered by a young woman with very obnoxious attitude,she said phone calls are not their priority…Well I guess they are just too busy and really don't need any new business. Try some other bank where they actually appreciate customers.

Branch has been closed so many times. Even the atm! I have to drive to newmarket. When I called to ask about getting my money out anything over $3000 will take over a week and there will be a fee!

Since Duca's system upgrade their service been lousy, calls to the branch in Richmond Hill go unreturned, calls to member connect result in one hour wait time then your call is disconnected.emails to head office are not answered.

I have been using DUCA for more than 30 years for all of my business banking needs. Their fees are very low for small businesses, and even lower for personal savings accounts. They also rebate you yearly with shares which can be redeemed for cash (not immediately, but better than any bank will do). They are friendly, Ramsey Fasho, the branch manager has always gone out of his way to make me feel like a highly valued client.
They even sponsor "movie night in the park" in Richmond Hill in the Summer for free!
I highly recommend you check them out.

Scheduled an appointment to open a small business acct through the call center 1 week in advance. I arrived for my appt and the manager indicated he can only open a personal acct and not business as he does not have the time. I mentioned why was time not allocated for this appt and he said it was the call center fault. I proceeded to ask questions about the business acct and he indicated he doesn't have answers as he is not aware of the process and it takes about 2 appts to open an acct. I got the impression the bank manager did not care to help us and he was very overworked.
