In my 25 years in the sports world, F45 has been a standout experience. The unique vibe, culture, and exercises make it one of the best journeys. The coaches were highly professional, the training program was designed for maximum benefits, and it has truly been a life-changing experience for me. Highly recommended.

Its a great place to work out. Most Instructors like Cap Kevin, Ameer, Navya, Jashan are fantastic, super helpful & attentive. Not a regular gym, structured organised classes. The workouts are different each day, well thought out. Hard but efficient. Definitely would recommend!

Although it’s only been a few weeks at F45 Streetsville it’s truly been amazing. The coaches at the studio have been so welcoming and supportive. After 3 long years of not consistently training, it’s been so good to be back. The workouts are short and sweet, but also challenging. I’ve already noticed a change in my body, strength and mental. Thank you!

I wanted to come on here to share my amazing experience at F45 Streetsville. What started out as a choice for me to reach my physical goals has turned into something bigger. It has enhanced my mental well being in ways I cannot express. I have been going to F45 since October of 2022 and I can honestly say it has changed my life.

It truly is the one thing I do every day for MYSELF. The coaches are the reason I can get up early (never have been a morning person). I am greeted with a smile and often find myself laughing before I even step foot on the turf. To name a few coaches: Daniel, Alex, Kevin and Risha. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all you do and for making my days brighter.

I would recommend joining F45 Streetsville for your goals and you will find yourself staying for the feeling it gives you. I hope to be a member for the long future.

Since I started f45 I dont look at the gym as something on the to do list but rather as a fun part of my day! Im usually not a morning person but I make an active effort to go to 6: 30 and 7: 30 classes because im excited to! All of the coaches are so supportive and help you push yourself to new limits. Even the other people training come in with a great attitude that motivates you!

Cant see myself anywhere else anymore!

The classes consist of different activities everyday. These are very good classes as you try out exercises you may have not tried before. Highly recommend!

All the coaches are great, they provide guidance on form and motivation to get the set complete, I started with month trial and a week in I am hooked, it is so addictive, the members are friendly and the vibe is spot on!

F45 is the best place to work out. The coaches here are so encouraging that they push and support you till the end. The environment and their workouts are absolutely amazing. I recommend this place to everyone with a 5 star rating

Coming to this studio has been absolutely amazing! It has pushed me to workout often and the classes are both challenging and fun! While it is very expensive to join, it has become the highlight of my day and the coaches and community element have made it even better! Could not recommend it more!

Excellent workout every time I go. Great coaches that motivate you and push you. They know when to push you harder and when to give you a little break. All the training is focused on dynamic and explosive movements which really help you get stronger and burn fat. They focus on HIT training and you always leave feeling like you left everything on the gym floor. Love this place. Great for the Streetsville community

I normally don’t write reviews but my experience with F45 has been amazing! Classes are ready for you to show up and simply just workout for 45 minutes. I definitely recommend F45 particularly the STREETSVILLE location. All the coaches are very friendly and extremely encouraging!

I wanted to share my amazing experience at this studio at F45 Streetsville, and coming from a background of HIIT training, this club is phenomenal, All the coaches did a great job especially Dany, he really genuinely cares about each individuals workout pushing them to do better. This made my experience very welcoming and the coaches experiencr understanding dynamic movements along with sport medicine makes this studio terrific. I really enjoyed the workout as it is a game changer.

I hit a plateau in the gym and that made me decide to try out f45. ABSOLUTELY NO REGRETS. The coaches push you to go your hardest. I’m not someone who likes to wake up at 5 in the morning but I am genuinely excited to go to the F45. I’m a lifelong customer.

Perfect place for your fitness journey. The trainers are fantastic and the community is nurturing. Showers are available as well as a discount to the nearby booster juice!

I love F45! The atmosphere is comforting, where you can workout without anyone judging you for maybe not being as good as others. The coaches are great and make sure you’re working out and are always pushing you to do better. The Head Coach is also so amazing, I can text him about any of my problems any time. I love it here

The energy is amazing, the trainers are very helpful and encouraging, is a great workout targeting all parts of the body and is a great way to start your day.

I was really scared. I have not been fit for years. I’ve never been to a gym. I was doing this on my own. It has been two months since I first walked through the F45 door and there is no looking back. I have dropped 20 pounds, I feel stronger and better about myself and I’ve made some new friends. I am an early bird so I like the 5: 30 am classes. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging…. All the time. I figured I was going to make a fool of myself but once you get in there and start sweating, no one cares! The structure of the class, the 45 minute sessions and the motivation from the coaches get me through the workouts and the satisfaction and endorphin rush I get when I complete my work-out, gets me through my day. I had no interest to join a gym and now I am so happy I did.

Was intrigued and anxious starting this journey but the coaches made it feel like you’re part of the team. People are in different stages in their fitness that made it more comfortable for everyone. The coaches hold you accountable but guides you along the way. Definitely would recommend!

Amazing staff who are dedicated to their jobs! Daniel, Ameer, Farooq, Shayan, Danny, and Martin are very friendly and encouraging. The equipment is high quality and clean, and the workout routines are really well planned.

I was never the kind of person to be yay I am excited to workout but after signing up to F45 I became that person. Not only that, I’ve become the type of person to wake up at 7AM to catch an 8AM workout. The atmosphere at F45 Streetsville is amazing, the coaches are so motivating and they make the classes so much fun. Joining F45 was the best decision I made in 2021. It really does feel like a big family. The coaches know everyone by name and listen to you when you have any injuries and always accommodate. I would give them a 10/10 and recommend them to all my friends and family!

I only had to go to my first trial class to know that F45 Streetsville is exactly what I needed to get out of my pandemic-induced slump. All of the coaches I've met so far have been excellent, and the small class sizes mean you get a fair amount of personal attention that usually includes form correction or a higher weight ;) Each day is different so it never gets boring, and the exercises are challenging and dynamic enough that you don't have time to think once you get started. The 45 minutes I spend here have quickly become my favourite part of the day. Kudos to the entire team for creating such a phenomenal atmosphere that keeps so many people coming back!

This place actually makes me look forward to my workouts! I tried out the one week trial and so did my brother, and now we're both signing up for the membership. The instructors make the class fun to attend and motivate you to do better each class. The membership pricing is higher than a regular gym, but if you're serious about getting fit and/or losing weight, this place will help you meet your goals and is worth the money. I personally only started seeing results once I began working out in group classes instead of doing my own workouts at a gym.

They opened their studio in a difficult year (right at the onset of COVID-19) - yet they remain incredibly positive, optimistic, and giving to their members. I love working out at F45 Streetsville, they have friendly and knowledgeable trainers who constantly motivate and support you. There’s zero judgment and everyone is free to workout according to their comfort level. I love that you get a full body workout in just 45 mins and are able to burn a lot of calories in just one session.

One of the best group training classes I've ever attended. They offer a wide variety of functional exercises and all of the coaches do a great job of instructing proper, safe movements while motivating you to push past your comfort zone.

I have worked out at gyms, my entire life but it was me and the gym or me and a trainer. I started with F45 in late June, doing a track outside. Now we are at the studio i feel like this is the BEST workout ever. Everyday is different so many different excerises to help you reach your goals. And the staff is amazing, from the Coaches (Dany, Syd, Daniel) that support and encourage you every step of the way, to the Shayan- they really care about you, not just the money. They want you to be the best you, you can be. The members are amazing as well and push each other. This is NOT a gym but an amazing community who are there to encourage each other. Doesnt matter your skill, your weight, or you ability F45 is for everyone, and I love it! It is NEVER boring!
Don't work out alone, come join this amazing community and have fun while burning calories.

Nothing but positive things to say about F45 Streetsville. I find it very difficult to stay motivated when it comes to working out, but that's changed with F45. The coaches are really great and the workouts are amazing!

For those who hate going to a traditional gym, F45 is a great alternative. There are no “bros”, no impenetrable machines, and you’re not left to your own devices - each minute of the 45 min session is actually utilized with a coach leading the way. It’s a good workout to help avoid plateaus and boredom; the workouts are different from day to day. If you don’t like working out alone, it’s nice to simply keep pace with the person beside you. The coaches are good, offer corrections on form, and even participate in some workouts with you, which makes them more relatable. I’d recommend F45 to most:)
