F45 Training The Annex

F45 has been life changing in so many ways! 2 months of working out with this awesome community and the results have been incredible! I feel stronger, sharper, more energetic and my clothes fit better. The trainers are really good, always motivating me to do my best and challenge myself. I hadn’t worked out for the longest time before joining F45 and the transition has been one I’m proud of and thankful to the F45 team!

I am so glad F45 Annex opened so close to my house. The equipment are new and the studio is very spacious with lots of natural light. The coaches are amazing - they encourage you to push harder, help you achieve your goals, and support with correct forms. Other members here are also really lovely. I really like the balance between resistance and cardio training throughout the week.

F45 has been my go-to gym for the past few years now. The gym is well maintained and the trainers are very supportive and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a well-rounded, group workout that is both welcoming and motivational, I would recommend you check them out.

I joined F45 recently and I have to say I'm absolutely loving it! I've had a great experience at the Annex studio. Everyone is really friendly and supportive and there's a really good atmosphere every class I go to. The trainers are excellent; they cater to everyone's individual goals and needs and take time to show you the correct techniques for each exercise and encourage you to push yourself to your full potential. Would highly recommend everyone to give F45 a try and see for yourself.

I joined when The Annex location first opened, and what an amazing start it has been. The owner and trainers are great. They pay attention to your form and help make improvements throughout your session. The energy here makes working out easy!
