F45 Training Trinity Bellwoods

The concept is amazing. The trainers are friendly and are always here to make sure our form is correct.

I kept hearing all about how amazing, addictive, transformational F45 from friends, so I had to check out the hype for myself - and.its legit! The Trial pass was perfect to try out the variety of classes, and also to get a sense of the awesome vibe from the coaches and the other trainers. I was in pretty good shape going in - but I was hurting in all the right places after the first class, and feel much stronger after less than two weeks. Highly recommend - classes are tough and so worth it!

Amazing trainers and community everyone is so nice and help you feel motivated and push you to go harder. I wish I knew about this before. The trainers pay a lot of attention to you and help you so nicely! I really recommend trying it even just one time to see how great it is!

I stared at F45 Trinity Bellwoods after a friend recommended the program. I was hesitant to try F45 for a long time as I worried it would be intimidating. The instructors and team at the Trinity Bellwoods location quickly proved me wrong as they are all truly amazing! Excellent community in a fun and clean atmosphere. The coaches are very motivating and attentive to make sure everyone is performing the exercises safely and with modifications where necessary. Quickly becoming a highlight of my day!

We are new to F45, and have recently signed up at the Trinity Bellwoods location after trying a couple locations. Trinity Bellwoods has an amazing space, the location is awesome with convenient parking, the trainers and so friendly, motivating, mature and take a lot of care in their work and the workouts are effective and engaging. Fernando especially has been amazing throughout our sign up process. We recommend this place to everyone now!

I LOVE it here. The energy, music and overall vibe are on point, and the workouts are amazing. The trainers really pay attention to ensure your form is correct so that you do not risk injuring yourself. There was a week that I had a sore back and they quickly provided effective modifications for me. I alternate between the 6: 50am and 7: 45am classes and It's literally the best way to start my day.
