Forgot trying to get anyone on the phone
April 2023 pulled my mortgage out of here and after moving all my direct payments I will be closing the acct as well.
Every single move, every request was a hassle and had to jump through hoops. When I went in to get a mortgage statement for payout we were asked if we'd consider an offer from them. Not a chance. Not even had it been slightly cheaper would we have stayed. (Mortgage Broker) did receive an offer from them and the were literally almost 3% higher than our new locked in rate
