Will be closing my account. What happened to first ontario? Call center never answers the phone or doesnt work half the time, opening a mortgage with them was the worst experience and paying the mortgage off was even worse as they greedily squeezed thousands in fees. Last straw was calling the branch to have them do a service (which is their job and the call center never answers the phone) and i got rude comments from tellers.

Been a member for many years. Most of the service I've received has been good.

If you work nights and need to deposit / get money out of the inside atm, goodluck doors locked.good job centermall first ontario.

I have as yet to find a branch I did not like. A member first with Stelco CU.

I've been a member here for several years and have always been well taken care of. Great personal as well as business services.
