A great place to kickstart and maintain your fitness journey. The instructors are a great source of encouragement and go out of their way to tailor your workouts towards your goals.

The quality of trainers is honestly the biggest difference between personal training & class-based gyms and it so happens that Mikey and Geoff at Fit Factory are THE BEST! Both care a lot for their clients and also know how to keep every session interesting. Training with them has helped me get healthier and stronger in the past year. Without a doubt they help all their other clients achieve the same.

I had one of the most amazing experiences being a member of Fit Factory, classes are very effective and designed to promote your strength and cardio based on your preference.
All of the fit factory trainers are experienced and knowledgeable to help you in your fitness journey. I had a great experience when I decided to join FitFactory with the help of Bryce. He helped me to choose the best membership plan and was available whenever I had any concerns or questions.

The staff and instructors at Fitfactory's downtown location were excellent. I found the membership terms a bit unclear at first, but Bryce helped to clarify them and showed understanding of my situation. He was accommodating and helpful, which I appreciated.

Amazing space with great instructors and staff. Though I have to certainly mention the staff especially. They have been very nice and helpful at every step. From registration to guiding me about classes. Bryce particularly has been very helpful. Extremely patient and willing to go the extra mile helping you be comfortable in your gym going experience! Highly recommended!

Have gone to fit factory for years. Outstanding intense workouts. Love this place. Usually go to Geoff, Kurt, and Michael's classes, which are all fantastic, but all the instructors are great!

Best gym I've ever been. The workouts, the community and the trainer are all great.

The classes and instructors are great, but if you work a day job 9-5 your class selection is very limited and the price of a membership is one of the most expensive in the GTA.

This place has changed my life … the trainers and my friends motivate me and push me everyday to be a best version of myself … definitely the best decision I have made… UHRAH

Best workout studio in the city. Tested a few trials around the area - fit factory topped them all.

I moved out of the city a year ago, and every time I'm downtown I still try and get to a Fit Factory class. It's what I miss most about living in Toronto. It is - hands down - the best workout in the city. The coaches are killer, and there to make sure you're getting the most out of the classes. Shoutout to Geoff, Jaime and Kurt for making the gym the best part of my day. Uh-rah!

I have been coming to Fit Factory consistently since November 2022 and I cannot say enough good things about the workouts and the trainers here.
I love coming to Mikey’s athletic conditioning classes, Imran’s bootcamp, Geoff’s strength and any of Kurt’s classes for a good mix of everything!
It is a great community of people who are there to work out and have fun!

If you're looking for a clean and well-equipped gym, this one is for you. Will definitely recommend this place!

I came across Fit Factory on IG and immediately got connected instantly. I knew I had found the best-fitting garage for my body and Mental wellness.

The registration process was smooth and motivating, thanks to Ricky, who made it inspiring by walking me through it in detail.

My first classes with Geoff and Jenny were incredibly excellent. They made my body yarn for more, couldn't resist not returning, getting me to always look forward to the next class—great instructors with positive vibes, energy, dedication and passion.

Fit Factory is a community of great fitness enthusiasts and a wonderful family than just a gym. Unfortunately, I had to take a break due to health reasons, but I can't wait to drive the body back to the Factory for the unbeatable fit.

Writing this review having been a member for over a year now. Simply put, Fit Factory is the best gym I've ever been to. Starting from the admin side, customer service and communication was great throughout the whole membership process - big shoutout to Bryce! They have multiple plans, good flexibility, and it feels like they truly have your best interests at heart and aren't trying to nickel and dime you like most other gyms.

The classes themselves are also great - there's all the equipment you'll ever need, clean studios, and instructors that always push you to give 110%. Even though I worked out regularly prior to joining Fit Factory, my strength and overall fitness still improved significantly under their programs. There's a real energy in the classes that pushes you to train harder. Different types of classes (HIIT bootcamps, athletic conditioning, boxing, strength) always kept things fresh and interesting.

I only have great things to say! The workouts are intense, the coaches are encouraging but also push you to your max and the atmosphere is entirely geared towards teamwork and support. Highly recommend

They never told me about the 20$ fee if I don’t show up to the class, and also I made the contract for a different price as they promise me but they just charged me as they want and then when I called them to cancel my account no even asking for a refund they told me they will call me back but guess what they called me after the 10 days period where I can cancel without any charge.

I’ve been coming here for about 7 months now and I love it! The classes are really good and the instructors are amazing. I really enjoy Kurt, Emma and Mikey’s classes!

Amazing gym and even amazing workouts! You'll never be bored or feel like you're repeating yourself. Ricky was a pleasure to know and deal with at the DT location!
