Very clean and tidy gym with knowledgeable staff. The manager Mike gave me a tour and was very helpful in learning the different membership options!

Mississauga locations are the best. Bristol and Millcreek.

These two are cleanest, the staff here are the best.

Prices went up but that shouldn't be a surprise. You're saving so much compared to "premium" clubs but honestly IMO Fit4Less is more than enough.

It's not perfect, I was initially going to rate it 4 stars as it is a small (but well used) space, with only one of each high demand machine (leg press, etc). But the machines are in perfect working order and the clientele is highly respectful of cleanliness, everyone was cleaning after themselves. Also this FitForLess has an actual water fountain/refill station, which so many other locations just don't? Wild to me - but this one got it, so I was impressed with my first visit!

There is no one to assist you, i reached around 5: 30 and waited for 20-25mins and no came at the desk.

Why the hell we are paying for the Black Membership if we cant use the services

They gym itself is not THAT bad. The reason for the low rating is there needs to be staff at the front desk. They put a cute sign that says back in 4 minutes (Get it? Fit 4 less? 4 minutes?) however it's never 4 minutes. Last time it was 20 minutes, and nobody came when they had 2 staff members working there around that time. No idea where they went for 20+ minutes. What's the point of a black card if I have to wait around on somebody to activate the beds/chairs for me? I can't sit around all day waiting for them to show up. We should just be able to swipe these cards right where the beds are if it's so hard to keep somebody at the front desk.

Claudia is so nice, she helped me out when my airpods got stuck in the stairmaster machine & was super sweet

Very disappointed on very first day. One of my workout partners could not enter the gym after he helped me sign up even though he has a membership. When I was signing up he stepped out of the gym to help me at the kiosk and then he couldn't get back in.

Update: since that first day the gym has been good. Allows use of chalk, clean, usually not a long wait for the rack or bench.

The bed thing is if the equipment is out of order they are not fixed it it’s take to long and they are not care

Best bang for your buck gym, worth it even if you just want the massage chairs. Not much of a community yet but it's a good place to work out. Down side is no deadlift station. Would be nice to have a hot water dispenser too.

Pros:
-new equipment
-cheap
-clean
-staff is nice

Cons:
-Black card room is almost smaller than the washroom.
-benches are too close to dumbbell rack
-benches too close to each other

Amazing management here as well as staff. Keeping the facility clean and maintained. Had a great experience with manager Manvir. Will definitely have friends come to this location.

Can the employees at this location please fill up the cleaning bottles and add paper towel before leaving for their shift at 10. There just standing at the front desk on their phones meanwhile there's nothing to clean the equipment with. If this gym advertises cleaning equipment, please leave enough supply for the people that come after your staff leave.
Also, it would be nice to check the washrooms and fill up the soap dispensers. Definitely something I shouldent have to ask for. Do better.

Awesome to have affordable 24 hours gym near by. They got got everything you need. Staff are always friendly and doing a wonderful job cleaning everywhere around the gym.

Absolutely the cleanest gym I have ever seen. The staff work hard to make this facility a pleasure to come and spend your time working up a sweat.

By far the best facility around. This new location is mint from the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself. From the ownership, to the management, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Fit4Less location to anyone. I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at this new facility, especially due to the Manager, Manvir. He went above and beyond to provide me with all the essential information i needed, and made me feel welcome.

Went on opening day and it was a great experience. Wasn’t very crowded but there were several people getting tours, looking around and signing up for memberships. Staff members were very nice and there seemed to be a good number of them.

They have a good number of machines for a place that isn’t too big. They have lots of weights and cardio machines. The black card members only area is on the smaller side, but it was empty when I went so no complaints.
