Recently joined FIT4LESS & I'm beyond impressed! The staff are extremely friendly & the environment is so relaxed! Sure love my black card & it's benefits that come with it! When my dad joined, Paige was EXTREMELY helpful & so informative with all questions he asked. She definitely gave my dad the boost of confidence for being a newbie (as well he's a senior too)

I really like working out here. I have been for about 2 weeks now, but from what I have seen, from friendly staff, all the machines being safe, and clean, I would highly recommend this gym. Also wanting to put out there, (idk the guy’s name) but one of the male staff was super duper nice and also was willing to go above and beyond in terms of helping me and answering my questions. Thank you Fit4Less, I will for sure keep working out here!

Didn't actually get a chance to go, but I spoke with Makayla on the phone and she was so friendly and helpful. I'll definitely go when I'm back in North Bay.

I love the north bay location. Been there one day so far but fantastic and the lovely young female worker at the front desk was quite professional and helpful. I even got 2 of my friends to sign up recently.

Very good except for those short guests who refuse to take off their outside shoes, should be more strict on removing outdoor footwear and wiping down the equipment. Some people! Kudos to staff who have to deal with these idiots.

Initially, Kiosk was not functioning early Saturday morning - kept restarting for over 45 minutes and was not able to sign up for the gym. Works now. Amazing staff!

Staff, cleanliness and convenience of 24/7 great.
But the music loudly blasted is downright terrible and is the least bit motivational the kind of stuff you'd listen to after smashing back a dozen cheeseburgers after a night out drinking with the boys.

The gym is a good place very clean but if you need to get a hold of somebody it’s impossible and I think they need to update their free weights and universal weights. Overall it’s a good gym.

Not a bad location or sized gym, has a good selection of equipment.

What is didn’t enjoy is the lack of enforcement towards restrictions on COVID protocol such as wearing a mask around the gym unless you’re working out. There was multiple people walking around the gym with no mask and even more so coming in the gym and not being asked to put one on.

When we came in, a worker was moping the floor but no one was ever requested our QR code or if we were vaccinated which made me a bit concerned that some might not have been.

Just starting going to this gym, I've never been a gym person as I'm quite anxious but fit4less has been a fairly good environment. Everyone minds their own business which is nice and its a big gym so always something to do, I just find the equipment is really cramped and close to one another so you're always kind of near people
