Laid back showers changerooms lockers. Massage chairs.pretty good prices and machines. Noone bothers you. Open 24hrs only thing is massage chairs and tables are not accessible when no staff there.

Has everything I need and works with my busy schedule so thr 24 hour is amazing. Been using it for last 1 month and thr new machines are good.

Nice place, friendly staff, fo above and beyond to be welcoming, prices are decent but going up, and the startup fee kept me from joining, went elsewhere instead.

Honestly the best gym in Brantford. Crunch scammed me when I tried quitting. World fitness closes way too early. And although the YMCA offers a lot more, it's expensive and still closes too soon

Nice basic gym, nothing special nothing fancy but has everything you need whether you're there for running, endurance, hypertrophy or strength training you can get it done here! Always been a friendly and inviting atmosphere in my experience. With the new expansion coming soon will likely have much more specialty equipment including trx suspension training equipment

Complete new equipment layout happened today with what looks to be 4000 sqr ft of added exclusive black card area to be open in a while. They’re working hard on it.

I joined on line and I tried to call and come in to Verifed and get a card and no one Answeredor at the desk when I got there. Not very happy.

Highest dumbells weight 75 lbs. It has squat racks and everything else you need. For the price it's great. 24 hours.

Upside, open 24 hours a day everyday of the year. Downside, relatively small resistance training equipment when compared with similarly priced gyms in the area. Also a lot of the equipment is starting to show its age and needs better maintenance.

I've been a member for years, and to this day the amazing customer service still shocks me. I had a damaged card (February 5) and had the most wonderful employee assist me. She was friendly, super polite, helpful, she made sure the card worked and everything for me. I just love this location. I'd also like to mention after looking at some other reviews, that I was not charged at all during covid.

Great machines for each body part. Best is the option to pay fully for 1 year in advance and workout post midnight if you don’t want more than 2-5 people around to get a focused, king-like amazing workout in.

The staff member was really nice but alot of the machines were older and not in the best condition plus the layout of them isn't great. Feels very cramped and hard to navigate, although they do have a good amount of machines packed in there.change room/ bathroom was a little gross but to be fair I usually go to a brand new location so I might be a bit spoiled.

Ive been working out here for many years and though ive tried other gyms i always end up back here.the staff is helpful, friendly and professional.the facility is always kept clean and on the odd occasion equipment breaks, its repaired quickly. 24 hr access is the cherry on too
