Clean and friendly staff but when peak time hits, there simply are not many benches available. Wish they had showers here.

Absolutely loving the black card private workout room! Would be cool if they got a tv in there that connects to Apple Watch and Apple Fitness!

I appreciate the Orillia club for sure, never too busy, can almost always access machines n weights, only busy when it’s typical high volume times for gyms like Monday nights. Actually pretty clean as far as gyms go. I am giving it four stars because I am a little frustrated I can’t contact my home club to ask questions about my billing unless I call them - when staff is present. I’ve called a few times when staff is away from the desk I guess, as nobody answered. Bummer their staffed hours dictate if I can take advantage of my black card benefits. I can only use the amenities when someone is there, I work long days during the week and work weekends, they’re staffed hours are a bit short for me but that’s a me problem I guess. Other than that it’s a pretty good club. They have a good variety of equipment, 2 of most machines, decent amount of space, lots of cardio and staff are generally pleasant.:)

I’m from the city and when I tell you that this is the cleanest fit for less I’ve ever been too! Omg the people in orillia also put their equipment away, even the plates on the same rack! LOL I’m in gym heaven!

The only thing that I don’t like is the fact that they don’t have a water fountain…

I mean you get what you pay for but water is a necessity. I’m in the healthcare field, if someone is choking, having a heat stroke, having no water is actually very dangerous, especially in a gym where people are pushing their bodies.

Kayla was an absolute delight to deal with. She gave me an extensive tour of the facility, answered all my questions and represented the gym well. I signed up on the spot and have had an amazing experience! 10/10 would recommend!

There is no water fountain or bottle filling station in the gym, however the only way to get water is a vending machine that sells water for $5. The equipment is regularly sticky and unpleasant to use. Easily the worst gym in town based off the lack of water fountain alone

Clean gym with lots of equipment choice, and staff are nice. Unfortunately, no showers or larger change rooms but for the price it's a decent gym.

music/radio playing.i’ve been to small town, private owner gyms that are better than this.

Nice clean gym, Lots of new machines. Not busy. Looking forward to becoming a new member. Great stop off on the way to cottage country.
