Very minimal machines, always very busy as the gym is the size of 6 parking spaces. Staff are very disrespectful and always in a bad mood to help with anything. Very dirty and dusty equipment. Better off not asking questions. Had my shoes stolen by staff after I left them at the front to change into my workout shoes. After I asked where they went at the front they said "we had no idea where they went as nothing customers bring in is any of our responsibility". Price freeze isn't a thing even if you signup for it so expect a $3 increase every month till you cancel. Bare minimum gym. I would recommend any other gym in ottawa. The only convenience this gym has is location. Opening and closing times are extremely unreasonable. Fit4less is the Dollarama or the chinese knockoff of what a gym is.

I would give 5 star is they open later then 9.at least tell 10: 00 or 9: 30

Some machines have sh*t smell hopefully they change it

It’s really nice for for foe less as a gym but wish if they make it a little bit larger

If you got respect for your women, do not let them walk in to this gym, one of the male employee's keeps harassing my women made her feel very uncomfortable walking in to this gym, she even ran in to him multiple times shopping in Independent, it's like as if he's watching her from the windows they got exposed to the shoppers, we have 8 memberships there and they will be canceled,
