Arshbir helped me set up my gym membership. He conducted himself in a professional and patient manner. Excellent customer service from Arshbir.

Decent gym. Hours are inconvenient for early birds and night owls due to the location being inside a grocery store. No showers. Has water fountain so rating 4 stars.

It's a very positive and kind atmosphere. Not about the best gym attire and fitting in. Its very welcoming with no gym intimidation. Equipment maintenance from what I have seen has been very good. A machine is rarely broken and if so, not for long at all. Can't go wrong with how cheap it is for what it has.

The Staff is awesome - currently easy to slip in for a 50 minute work out - usually don't need to wait longer than 5 minutes (ie time for a person to finish a set) for a piece of equipment. That, or options present to swap you work out around that are free. After 4 months, going 3-4 x's a month at various times, I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Cheers

Great staff, nice people and very accommodating. Being at a location within a Superstore makes it easy to grab a meal after my workout.

It’s very strange I requested my account to be frozen and payments are still deducted from my bank.

And I can’t have the access to the gym and they have no customer support you can reach out to looking into your account!

Alex served me over the phone and provided all the information that I needed. Exceptional service from employees!

Great, knowledgeable staff, incredible hygiene and cleanliness and organization. Timely and properly booked spots ensure you get everything you want when you come. No overcrowding whatsoever.

The staff at this location are awesome. The gym is kept clean and since reopening because of the pandemic, extra is being taken to assure everyone is safe. It's nice to be back.

I joined Recently, Very nice/Helpful and charming staff and front desk.it is kind of new and it is clean.there is plenty of equipment and I had not have to line up for machines (my time is usually around 7 to 9pm). It has no showers (which is fine for me, because in Winter I don't take shower in Gym at all and even in Summer I always do it at home). Recommended.

I go to this location usually during the week night and on weekends. The staff is very friendly and cheerful. Makes for a great atmosphere. The gym is always clean as well.

No showers for men!

Gym is fine, but pretty disappointed that there aren’t any showers for men. It is a necessary thing for me.

I have to say the gym and the equipment are great. It's a small gym but it has all the equipment, in fantastic shape, that you could ever want to use for a quick workout.

That being said, the staff ruin the experience. It feels as though is more of a hangout for the employees, led by their uninterested manager, then a job. The staff are rude whenever you have an issue and instead of trying to work with you, they double down on their "strict rules". I love this gym and will keep coming, but something really needs to be done about the terrible service this group provides.

If their staff is rude and don’t care about people, I had a bad experience when this new lady that started to work there asked me my drivers license when I was working out very rude but some of them are nice, the tanning machines are useless not working at all I tried like
10 and gave up! The rest is ok good facility for its size

Good facility located within Superstore. It has all the equipment that you would need for an average workout. The staff also maintains the facility well and keeps it clean.

This is the cleanest gym I have ever seen. The manager is great and so are all the staff. The showers are so clean. The equipment is really well maintained. Fit4less=Fit4life check it out you it’s great.

Unfortunately due to traveling for work, I go to different gyms. This is my favourite gym. The machines are maintained! Cardio machines never rattle or make noises. The stairs are fast. The cables are tight and run smoothly. Seems simple enough yet other gyms aren’t maintaining machines. I’m happy with the machines/equipment in this location. Small gym- has everything you need. Clean- including the bathrooms. The people are down to earth. No pressure fitting in with the latest gym attire. It’s all ages, all different cultures, different physiques. No intimidation- I feel comfortable. I enjoy the atmosphere.

Unbelievable. I notified the Fit4less that I no longer want to continue as of August 28,2019. I was told I have to wait to August 28 and give them 30 days notice. This is highway robbery forcing me to pay for September. If this doesn't get rectified - BBB is next step. Beware of Fit4less!

After reading all the negative reviews I was dreading coming in here for the first time. After 7-8 months of being a member here I’m very happy. As long as you follow the extremely simple rules, staff are extremely respectful and nice.

I've went to this gym with my family for over 1 year and constantly had problems with the customer service. I forgot my black card once and asked if they can let me in because they see me there all the time. The worker at the front said no because she has to follow a set of "strict rules". I respected the fact that it was her job to enforce these rules and left without any further discussion. A few days later, I came to the same gym. As I was changing my shoes, I overheard another member talking to the same lady that I talked to about forgetting her gym card. She was allowed inside of the gym. If you have certain rules you need to enforce, make sure EVERY member follows them. I followed every rule at that gym but felt like I was constantly judged. The other negative reviews on here about the staff being rude are very true based on the 1 year of experience I've had with this specific location.

Great facility, always clean, staff are super friendly and eager to help when ever you need. Lots of equipment for what ever your work out needs. Gym itself can get busy at peak hours but what gym doesnt. Wifi always a plus.

Clean gym, paper towel is always stocked. Busy during peak times but usually not too bad. Almost never had to wait for a machine.

This one blonde lady working in staff consistently tells customers to take off their shoes before entering the gym in such a rude manner. This has happened to me at least three times now. It makes me feel belittled and creates such a negative attitude when I enter this gym. I understand why enforcing customers to take off their outdoor shoes is preferable especially during the winter months. If this matter was confronted to me in a more polite manner, I wouldn't be here writing this negative review. I'm cancelling my membership and joining LA Fitness. I would rather pay more to have a friendlier environment and better customer service.

My wife encouraged me to joint this fitness center as she had been going for long. I am absolutely satisfied with it. Staffs are friendly. A lot of equipments, so no wait time and price is very fair. It is located inside superstore, so you can do your weekly grocery right after gym. Fully recommended.

Recently started going to this gym with my client. The customer service is terrible not very professional. My client had a membership and in order for me to be able to show him how to use the machines properly I had to purchase a membership. I was not working out on the equipment, just helping him get proper structure, so he doesn’t re injure or hurt himself working out. This also helps my client get out in the community. I have now bought a membership so I can help him. In the begin the 2 girls would watch us workout constantly, confront us more then once about shoes when I have indoor shoes and wore them but in order to get to the change rooms located at the back of the gym they want us to remove are shoes to walk to the change room even in the middle of the summer. I have personally been confronted at least 4 times about my shoes but people walk through all the time and are told nothing. So a no judgement gym that’s a lie! You can’t tan everyday it’s only every other. From a healthcare professional prospective I would not want to take my client of myself to this gym! The gym is more work to please the workers then them pleasing you with great customer service.
