Leaving my headphones in the car and needing to run back out to the car but realizing the place is unstaffed so if I leave I can’t get back in because my card won’t work again for another 30 minutes is remarkably frustrating. I know eliminating jobs is part of how you keep membership costs low, but maybe things are better with jobs, for both the people who need them and your members, even if the membership is another buck a month? Also could we change the TV channels once in a while? 3 TVs are on hockey, one on Food Network, one on news and one on music videos. How about none on hockey and we get some Simpsons up in this piece.
