My first experience with staff was brutal to say the least. The blond girl seemed extremely bothered and absolutely unpleasant for whatever reason and after telling her I just joined 2 separate times she proceeded to ask if I’ve been here before. Maybe if she could think before reacting the experience could have been better. Not impressed and will cancel if the service is this consistently bad.

Decent facility. Most of the staff are very nice with one exception. The female staff member that was working tonight has always been rude and doesn’t seem to enjoy her job. Would recommend giving her some customer service training, as I know most of the member agree.

Lots of free weights compared to the other place. But the cardio equipment is severely run down. More treadmills out of order than working.

Cleanliness is sometimes iffy and this was true during COVID as well, which is unfortunate considering not everyone will wipe down their machines. Overall a good gym, recently renovated, good range of equipment and machines. However, don’t expect great customer service, as I’ve never been greeted warmly by staff and have on numerous occasions heard them making fun of various gym-goers. If you’re a self-conscious individual, I would take from that what you will.
