Staff unprofessional. Paper towel dispensers empty all the time. Equipment broken and repairs take forever. You get what you pay for. Toilets haven’t been cleaned in a week

Not nearly as many machines as most other Fit4Less locations. No hip thrust machine, vertical leg press, or seated cable machines? It is also very dirty

Not clean at all stuff isn’t helpful. They just give you a card and you got to figure it out so if it’s your first time at a gym don’t go here. Bathrooms and showers are disgusting.

Clean gym, friendly staff and good overall atmosphere. Because it is a smaller gym, sometimes you will have to wait a while for certain machines, but if you're looking for a low cost place to workout in Orangeville - this is it.

I’ve been a member for a really time and unfortunately I might cancel. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. There’s never toilet paper, mirrors are disgusting.

I was really reluctant to join a gym coz Iam more used to having a gymbud but the way Fit4Less welcomed and made me feel comfortable was exactly what I needed. Here Iam, a happy member trying to reach my lifestyle goals. A special shout-out to Nailah for helping me out with the technicalities and providing a warm welcome.

Not as advertised price wise there’s hidden fees they don’t really explain before pay first explain once they have you The employees like hide all day make me not want to bother them to ask for what I need

The staff is very incompetent and inexperienced that I have to pay for there mistakes they can even fill your banking information properly machines are broken and the place is very dirty.

I have 3 year old member ship now i buy one more membership on my brother name but today my mother used this for massage she not give massage chair for my mother he take 5 dollar -every month why send email for share card with family

I have been coming here for about 4 years. It has always been clean and I have enjoyed coming. Things have changed in the last few months. It’s dirty, I never see anyone cleaning anymore. They are in the room behind the counter doing nothing. I’m very disappointed. I’m not the only one that has noticed. Kindly fix this problem. I have told them but I don’t see anything different.

Cheapest and best bang for your buck gym in Orangeville. Everything I need and close to home, no complaints staff does a good job keeping everything clean. Special thanks Nailah she was very helpful to me.

Don’t understand why it says open 24/7 when they close at 10 pm. Very inconvenient- furthermore, I went yesterday on February 20th, the updates hours posted on door said closed at 6 pm, at 4: 50 pm they were closed. No signs or anything to explain why they closed earlier- with another gentleman outside trying to get in too. The inconvenience of the hours of this gym are unbelievable. Who do we contact in regards to this.

Is back to 24/7 although that was still annoying

Nice clean gym, not really any free area to workout, BUT staff are super nice. Although lacking equipment, and lack a water fountain. I see in another review they mentioned water fountains are not apart of fit for less but I’ve seen them at two other fit for less locations- so that doesn’t make sense.

I love this gym. It's small in an ideal way. It has everything I need without having so much that I'm intimated. The staff are nice, the facilities are clean and the people are friendly.

Very clean, well spaced out gym. The membership cost is perfect for the amenities and equipment they offer. Plenty of free weights available, members are respectful, and lots of benches available. I do hope they invest in a heavy bag, and a water fountain. Other than that its an incredible gym.

It's a gym. No virtual classes.
It's not really monitored by staff. However it's cleaned well.
Update, the virtual classes are working again

All the staff at fit4less Orangeville are so kind I go everyday and no matter who is working I always feel welcomed and encouraged to come back and continue working towards my goals.

How are you going to ask for proof of vaccination when it's illegal based on the privacy act to ask somebody if they've received a medical procedure? Asking for a friend. A reply from the CEO or anybody that answers these reviews from fit4less would be appreciated. If you do not reply, it shows what kind of person you are and you discriminate against biological status and more. Human rights complaint is just around the corner.

Mediocre gym, you get what you pay for. The machines they have blocked off due to social distancing doesn't really make sense. I wasn't really planned out very well. But it's an okay gym for the price

Good for the price if you just want a basic No Frills gym. Go in workout get out. There really isn't much in the way of staff there. My only complaint is you can't work out early in the morning before work if you need to have a shower because the showers are closed if the staff are not there

In spite of the current extenuating circumstances, the staff has done an exceptional job keeping it clean and sanitized. Only complaint is waiting for the staff to open it on time.

The staff is always cleaning and are always friendly. Big props to the Management and staffers.

Simple no frills but gets the job done and I don't feel overwhelmed by the competitive nature of some other gyms.

Love this place. I go there every day. Lots of machines. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommended!

Disappointed with this location been trying to get back into the GYM but been denied numerous of times, due to a misunderstanding that took place at Fit4less which they had an open house a year ago and they had tshirts by the entrance/exit, and no notice or sign was added not to take a tshirt and a member took one when he left and I figured it was for members so I took one. Then to get a phone call next day in the morning from Brian to be notified I was a thief and my membership was terminated. Return to the gym that morning, returned the tshirt, and apologized for the misunderstanding and in addition, to be told never to return. I provided an apology letter to Brian and have attempted to return back to the GYM with no luck. Once again have returned this month to gain membership once again (as many of my friends currently workout) and was confronted by Brain to leave, that i was a thief. Seriously - a thief? I was a loyal member and have recommended many members to this location and very disappointed with the outcome and the failed attempts to return from Brian. I have asked for the owner contact info and was denied to be provided that information, would really appreciate if the owner could reach out.

Awesome machine selection but needs some more free weights. They are always crowded. However the place is super clean and all staff are amazing! I will be coming here for all my work out and tanning needs. The only other thing I would recomend to make it better is a water fountain.

Broken equipment with service tags that haven't been repaired for months. Other than that pretty good.
