I had some service work done on a recall notice. The service tech was great and on time. Very professional service and left everything like they weren’t even here.

Had this company come out for a warranty issue on a Jacuzzi spa. Eric S came out and fixed a faulty pump seal without issue and also swapped out a clear ray bulb for me while he had the cabinet opened up. I was not on site during the repair but Eric S kept me informed as to what was going on over the phone and I found him to be very helpful in answering questions I had. I would not hesitate to deal with Eric S again in the future.

I've never owned a hot tub before and didn't know the first thing about them. I set up an appointment with the wellness shop for a tune up. The technician who arrived was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. He did a great job cleaning the tub, going over the control panel, how to clean the filter, reading the test strips, everything i needed to know. He really cared about the hot tub and that I knew how to take care of it. Very good experience.

Wonderful customer service from this company. Friendly service people. Had a light burn out. Had a chip in the main panel every thing fixed or replaced. Love everything about our Jacuzzi tub. Sales service and products are top notch too.

We bought our Jaccuzzi tub in London with the help of Michael we were so happy. I was contacted the temp sensor needed to be replaced.
I was updated with date and time the technician would arrive. He came on time and knew what he had to do.great experience all round. Thank you team Jaccuzzi!

I was very pleased by the work performed by the technicians driving the vans with the "Fix My Hot Tub" logo on the side. The folks at Jazuzzi Service let me know the date and time to expect the service call, and to my surprise they arrived right on time and set to work immediately. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and giving me tips and recommendations to better operate my swim spa. The work was completed to my satisfaction in a about an hour's time. I also appreciate that they carry a full line of chemicals in their service trucks. I was low on Spa shock, and they were able to provide me with some right away.

Great company, great hot tub. Jacuzzi really stands by their products. They have great techicians that are knowledgeable about their hot tubs. Glad we bought a Jacuzzi.

We had the Welness Shop techs out to our place to service our 2 year old J385 and it was a great experience. They were very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose and solve the problem.
Highly recomend these guys!

We waited weeks for our appt and the technician was 6 hours late from the time we were told he would arrive.
They did not fix out tub, billed us as if they had, but yet did not get the jets working or even check they worked before leaving (reason for our call)
When I called to get him back to finish the job we were told we would have to wait 2 weeks for a new appt that he was booked solid. Unacceptable. They should come back same or next day if they didn't do as promised.

Why take on new appts before finishing the service on customers who called first to finish existing appts instead of making us wait like a new call to get what we paid for?

I also don't agree with this company billing credit cards in advance and needing to have our credit card on file before booking appt.
This is not an isolated event
it is the 3rd time on 8 months a technician has come out saying they fixed it but our tub not being fixed.

When technician came back last Sept 2021 they tried to bill another service visit for what they didn't fix first time. Feeling pretty helpless here as they have our credit card number and are billing before we get what we paid for.
1) Jacuzzi Ont/Fixmyhot tub.ca fails to make any priority of incomplete service calls but still bills credit card in full before hot tub is even working. There was no provision available for an earlier recall appt.except that of a fresh call.
2) When I asked to escalate issue there apparently was "no one" I could speak with to escalate to a manager.
Little regard for their customer. I was on hold for a long time each time I called and still we have a hot tub that doesn't work properly 4 weeks after our first call and another 2 week wait before he will come back. Back in the summer, our 1st call was Aug 5, but they didnt fix the tub in full until Oct 2021. So much for Award winning service. We have found them to be unreliable.

Freddy has been so awesome at getting us our dream swim spa and answering all of our questions. No matter if they are important or silly questions, he has been there for us every step of the way. We are first time hot tub/swim spa owners and he has been amazing at helping us with everything from setup to maintenance. A fantastic buying experience overall!

Hard to get into contact with. Human interaction to book or discuss calls is almost impossible. The service techs themselves are very decent and hardworking when they do show up. I have found that several other companies in the area provide the same, or customized services for much less and deliver the same level of quality, information, and expertise. Unless it is Warranty work via Jacuzzi, I suggest shopping around. - This is and will be our last Jacuzzi tub based completely off of service, follow up, and ease of access to persons/human interaction with regards to trouble shooting issues, ordering parts, products or discussing services. The tub itself is very adequate, however, service is a massive thing for me and Jacuzzi does not deliver.

After trying to decide between various vendors for my hot tub purchase I went with the 'gold standard'. Freddy Parreira was a fabulous ambassador for Jacuzzi in selling me the product but was even better after the sale through his management of the process and the after service has been fabulous. No regrets! Keep up the great work!

We purchased a tub from jacuzzi London. The salesman Mike was great to deal with. The tub got delivered earlier than it was scheduled but did not work upon delivery. A repairman was out within a cpl days to get it up and running for us. Mike helped with that also. All and all it was a decent experience and I’d recommend Mike at jacuzzi London.

I've used the repair services from Jacuzzi Ontario twice in the last few months and both times the technician has arrived on time and was the most professional and courteous. He explained the repair and checked to see if it was covered under warranty each time. Repair was completed efficiently and quickly. Highly recommend their services. Greg
