Expérience catastrophique. On réserve les billets en ligne pour Niagara à 13h. On arrive le jour J à 13h sur place pour prendre le bus et.le bus n'est jamais passé. Un chauffeur de bus Megabus qui était à l'arrêt de bus nous a dit qu'aucun bus n'est passé depuis 1h. On s'est donc rendu à la gare des bus et on nous dit froidement que notre billet n'est plus valable et nous fait payer un autre billet à 13h30 pour Niagara sauf que ce n'est plus le flixbus, mais le megabus qui nous lâche pas du tout à côté des chutes du Niagara, mais à 10min en voiture des chutes. Veuillez mettre à jour l'adresse des emplacements de l'arrêt de bus sur votre site et d'avoir des personnes plus aimables à l'accueil.  Dommage qu'on ne peut pas mettre 0 étoile

Wost service EVER Toronto to Niagara Falls! Will NEVER use this service again! Driver was extremely rude. He was ahead of schedule but barely stopped long enough to allow people on/off the bus. One young lady didn't even have enough time to get off the bus at her stop in St Catherine's
after another person boarded the bus, was yelled at by the driver and forced to go to Niagara Falls. I'd give a zero if I could. Completely unacceptable service!

Company ripped me off for 54 dollars. Sold me a ticket with 3 minutes to departure. I arrived at the gate with 2 minutes to spare, the bus left 2 minutes early. Second driver to do that, that day. The lady at the counter saw it all happen (her sale window was beside the gate) she tried to issue me a refund but was unable to. She called her manager and others to try and get the refund, they would not allow it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Unacceptable i would be charged for a service i did not recieve. Horrible customer service.

Lack of advisor's knowledge.he/she misled us by false information. I wanted to get a ticket from Toronto to Buffalo (NY) Airport.the advisor told us that there is a stop there but after getting the ticket, when we wanted to check the arrival time to the airport, the other advisor told us that there is no stop there.we were shocked and when we asked for cancellation they told us there is a fee so now we have to lose money because of their mistake or pay much more to get to the airport.

The stinkiest bus I’ve ever been on. Smelled like an out house all the way at the front. Would not recommend and will not be re booking

Took a bus to Kingston. I’m a tiny person, but seats are super small and uncomfortable. If the driver stops quick enough, it felt almost as if your head was going to hit the seat in front of you. Wifi also didn’t work. Bus stop was somewhere random for drop off. I would not travel with this bus company again. Consider the train if you can, or another bus company.

Very inconvenient, I traveled with them and the bus left without me in the stop in the gas station by the highway, when I called them they didn't do any thing they said we can't do anything for you!

Got tickets on line at Pearson airport but realized departure was at union station. Call Flixbus to see if they could change pick up point to the airport and customer service representative told me that it could not be changed more then a hour after purchase. They told me I’d have to cancel and rebook for that pickup. But also had to pay a cancellation fee which is the full price of the ticket! So took a train to union station and caught the bus there just to have the same bus drive to the airport on the way to Kitchener ON. Customer service is shit… could of just told me it was fine just to get on at the airport.

Nous avons récemment voyagé (14 septembre 2022) avec FlixBus de Toronto à Niagara Falls. Chauffeur agréable et ponctuel. Sur le retour nous avons eu ce même chauffeur qui sympathiser avec toute les personnes.

TERRIBLE company. They’ll give you the wrong info, charge extra and then blame you instead of taking responsibility even though their conversations are recorded. Buses aren’t clean, uncomfortable seats better off taking mega bus

Affreux! J'ai mis 1 étoile car je ne pouvais pas mettre moins! Déjà ce matin le bus de Totonto a Niagara falls à du s'arrêter sur le côté de la route sur une 2x2 voies car on avait une alarme qui ne s'arrêtait pas de sonner et qui finalement n'a pas été résolue! Résultat le chauffeur nous a déposé à 500m de l'arrivée avec plus de 20min de retard.
Pour le retour, pire encore, nous nous étions un peu perdu car n'ayant pas bien vu le point de rdv pour le bus du retour, nous sommes arrivées péniblement à 17h02 et le bus qui partait à 17h n'a pas voulu nous embarquer car nous étions "en retard". On décide de payer à nouveau notre billet pour le bus de 18h puis 18h20 toujours aucun bus en vue.soudain un bus s'arrête et se gare et nous annonce que ce n'est pas celui de 18h mais 19h15! Et qu'il ne sait pas du tout où est celui de 18h mais que si on voulait être sûre de pouvoir rentrer à Toronto qu'on devait re payer un billet pour son bus et qu'il fallait faire vite car il était presque complet! J'ai donc dû acheter 3 nouveaux billets au total et le chauffeur était pas du tout intéressé par notre problème et il s'est même enfermé dans son bus et fait semblant d'appeler le service pour savoir où était le bus de 18h! Il a ensuite ouvert à nouveau sa porte et a dit qu'il n'avait pas plus d'informations! Un scandale je vais tout faire pour me faire rembourser mes tickets et plus jamais des jamais je ne reprendrai Flexibus, surtout abstenez vous il y a bien d'autres compagnies!

Compagnie de bus incompétente. Notre trajet pour les chutes du Niagara a été un fiasco: retard d’une heure et demi, odeur pestinentielle d’urine dans le bus, ventilation abusive. Ne voyant pas arrivé notre bus, pour le retour à Toronto, le chauffeur du car suivant était insensible à notre détresse n’acceptant pas de nous prendre sans repayer un nouveau ticket. Il s’est enfermé dans le bus en « essayant » de contacter la compagnie, pour ne nous donner au final aucune réponse sur la situation et nous donner uniquement des alternatives infaisables. Compagnie flixbus à FUIRE!

We were just cut off by a flex bus. In the wrong lane was suppose to exit the highway and cut us off.
Then the driver crossed Three lanes of traffic and cut off another driver bus number 9614. Can’t make out the licence plate number in my photo.

Gets you between cities fast, reliable, and cheap.

Expérience plus que moyenne les bus qui prennent en charge ne sont pas étiquetté comme des Flixbus, le bus de l'aller sentait l'urine, aucun des équipements prévus dans les Flixbus sur internet n'étaient disponibles (pas de prises, pas de wifi)
Au retour nous avons eu un chauffeur dangereux, mal aimable nous disant que c'était lui le chef et qu'il ferait sortir quiconque le dérangerait pour le moindre soucis, pas de prises, pas de wifi et pas de toilettes.
Le prix du trajet vaut plus 5$ au vu de la prestation.
Si possible préférez d'autres compagnies ou le train!

My daughter booked flixbus and her experience was horrible… never again.
I use Onexbus since they started last year. Never missed the bus. One or two times delayed but customer service and even drivers called us to update the eta.
Also it’s a Canadian company. 24/7 customer service.

I was pretty anxious looking at the reviews, but the round trip from Toronto to Niagara Falls (Sept 8-9) went better than expected. It's not amazing service, but it's decent for the price. Do NOT reserve seats - it's not worth the extra bucks.
**PROS**
- Departs on time (both ways)
- Boarding is fast and bus is easy to spot
- Stops at Embassy Suites which is right downtown - no need to take Uber from Niagara Falls Go/Via Rail station
- Arrives 5 mins early (from Toronto to Niagara Falls) and 20 minutes late on the way back (which is minor given it's a Friday and GTA traffic is notorious)
- Seats on the bus on the way back to Toronto are actually quite comfortable with a decent head rest (pictured).
- Both buses have overhead cabins which are good for storing backpacks and small bags.
**CONS**
- Reserved seating doesn't mean anything. The seat map online is very different from the actual bus. There's no A, B, C, D on the bus, and the numbers are all different, so save yourself some extra bucks. Pretty much all seats are the same though.
- Both buses are quite old - still gets you from point A to point B - but don't expect much.
**OVERALL**
Decent for the price. Maybe I was lucky though - went on a Thursday after the holidays so it wasn't packed. Still, both buses were 60-70% full. I wouldn't choose this bus for long rides (3+ hours), but for Niagara Falls, this is a good option.

First time.bus 20 mins late, this can happen. I reserved front seat due to knee issue.was taken by somrone who would not move.driver did mot say anything. I will ask for refund

Bus was on time, drivers took care of passengers, ride was smooth, we arrived in New York on time with luggages in tact. For the price we pay, it was great.

FLIXBUS SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN - FRAUD
This company is definitely scamming their customers. I had bought a valid ticket with the correct date and QR code. (Sept 23rd 10pm Toronto to NYC) When I got to the bus stop, the bus drivers let me know that my ticket was not valid and that it did not show up on their phone list of passengers. They said that they could not do anymore and that I should call customer service. After offloading my luggage, they just left me stranded in the middle of the city and left. Customer service could not help either and asked that I log onto their webchat helpline. The web chat help line couldn't help again and asked that I wait for their manager to reach out. No manager has reached out. The company has also made charges to my credit card without the purchase of a ticket. These are very very serious matters and need immediate investigation.

NO guest service at all. Booked and paid for a bus to Niagara Falls for a 8.45 pick up. Arrived at the pick up Pont at 8.15. Buses arrived at 9 and 9.15, only to find out that the company had changed the 8 45 pick up to 8 am
We were NOT informed of the time change, until we found out ourselves, after arriving at the pick up Pont.
Suggest DO NOT use this company for ANY travel. Thanks

Clean and timely budget bus from Toronto to Ottawa. The driver was awesome. He was very enthusiastic about bus safety and personally demonstrated every single emergency exit on the bus. When someone noticed the outlets weren’t working, he ran to the back of the bus to fix the problem.

Theirs a reason why people hate buses like flixbus… it’s horrible from the start of the trip to the end and that can’t be said just from me because the reviews say the same.

I left from Ottawa to toronto & right from the start of the trip we left 20 mins late, then stopped a onroute location and left their 10 mins late. Then they make stop in Scarborough and you have to CHNAGE buses.like excuse me but what? That took another 10-15 mins.

In all I don’t recommend flixbus at all. Realistically compared to Via Rail it’s not that much cheaper even with delays you sometimes get on Via Rail you at least get way more leg room and I’m exactly a tall guy either, better AC, bathrooms.
