I'm writing this on Friday after 5 pm, and I had to stop and take a moment to celebrate a great customer experience! I was looking for a flight from Niagara to Toronto and reached out to Vishu to see what the schedules were like, and although the schedule did not work for me, I still left the email conversation extremely delighted! Communication is everything in Customer Experience, and the speed at which he responded was brilliant. His courteous and kind response was so delightful that it made me forget all about the fact that they did not have a flight that worked for me. Customer Delight is in the details, and typically on a Friday at the end of the day, most organizations are unlikely to respond, let alone with such a high level of service! FlyGTA is Lucky to have you! Well done, and I look forward to continuing to do business with your organization because of your customer service.
