Love this pet store. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and really care. Great selection of dog foods. They have a points system where after buying a bunch of the same food over and over again you get a free bag/box. Free treats for dogs too.

The staff here is very friendly. It is a smaller store but it is the only place in the city I can find both wet and dry food in regular stock that can accommodate my cats' special dietary needs, which even my vet was unable to accommodate.

After spending nearly $100 on pet supplies and food I was not provided with a bag and instead asked to buy one. Hate this kind of poor customer service

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I buy my dog food here all the time because I like supporting my local businesses. Today however, the owner (I assume) seemed to think I was attempting to shoplift when I was having my dog try on a collar and it felt unwelcoming. Not sure how I feel about coming back to be honest.

Their rewards program is also not very good - for example, for any brand, you have to buy 12 of the same exact type of flavour for it to count towards the progress. I like to vary the flavours of food my dog gets so it'll probably be years before I can cash in on any of the rewards.

Nice friendly staff and this is the only location I know that still has customer appreciation day! I can't speak for all locations but I know this one does and throws a little treat/gift in your purchase!

The staff here are beyond compare. Friendly and full of advice. Truly dedicated to the needs of you and your pet.

Good selection of food and the staff are friendly and helpful. I have an older cat with kidney problems. The staff recommended a renal food and the cat's health has definitely improved since I started giving him the new food.

Shopping at Global on DuPont is a wonderful experience. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. There are so many wonderful products. Thank you for all you do. My dog thanks you too!

Was a longtime loyal Global Pets Food customer until a couple bad customer service spells. Today at this location was particularly unhelpful, which is a shame. I'm now a new fan of Pet Momma - ease and friendly service will always trump loyalty.

I phoned the store to try and place an order since the online system wasn’t working. I got to speak with a very rude Irish lady who told me ‘well the system is working because I’m using it right now’. Such poor customer service and attitude. I would have somebody else speaking to customers than this staff member.

Can't say enough good things about the crew at Global Pet Foods Dupont! They are fantastic! Experienced, knowledgeable & very welcoming. If in doubt about any needs your pet has just pop in and ask. They have seen it all before, they have heard it all before and they can give you solutions to make yours and your pets life better! TOP TIP: They also engrave pet tags in store! The Annex is very lucky to have a top quality store in the neighbourhood! Great prices too & regular sales incase you need another reason to visit!

What a wonderful place to go to buy all your pet needs. The staff here are so knowledgeable and friendly. And my dog Lizzie loves going here to get pet and treats! Honestly, the staff here have been working so hard during this whole pandemic and I praise them for all they do. Keep up the hard work!

Kim and her team operate this location of Global Pets like clockwork. They are friendly, and very attentive when you enter the store. I actually love much closer to a different Global (High Park) but drive specifically to this one because of their service!

Great customer service, they love animals and she took the time to fit my golden with the proper harness my favourite pet supply outlet on Dupont street. The girls are amazing. Will not go anywhere else now.love love love.

Kim and the staff are amazing, especially so during the pandemic. Knowledgeable, helpful and huge dog lovers:). I called in my order, it was ready in two minutes, and treats were liberally dispensed to my pups. Great place, great staff!

I have been a customer here for 19 years. I feed my dog raw and they have the usual stock and custom ordered a special raw food diet for me while my dog was on it. Air Miles are a great bonus! Manager and staff have always been pleasant for me even during trying times like Covid.

Selection is ok for the business size. You are able to collect air miles so that’s a plus. Customer service is lacking a bit with certain employees.

This store has pretty much everything you might need for your pets. The prices are reasonable so this is where I go whenever the need arises. In my experience the staff there is friendly and helpful if you have any questions.

Extensive and varied cat and dog supplies. Good selection of small mammal/rabbit/hamster/mouse/rat foods.small selection of toys! They have rewards cards!

Decent store, prices are okay but Pet Valu generally has a better stock and more helpful employees. One of the managers has a tendency to follow people around the store claiming she’s witnessed them shoplifting (with no evidence) which creates an uncomfortable environment both to witness and experience.

Great place, great service. You can basically just walk in and have a chat about whatever your needs are. Prices are very reasonable especially considering the neighbourhood and the selection is fantastic. Usually they can tell you why or why not they will have a specific item in stock as they stay on top of the what's going on; e.g. They may stop carrying a brand due to harmful ingredients.

My dog and I love going here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and clearly love aninals. They have a great selection of high quality dog food and cat food. Great selection of pet toys and everything I could ever need to keep my dog and cats healthy and happy!

Most pet stores can reliably be expected to stock standard supplies for cats and dogs. Finding a site with any sort of selection of bird supplies is quite challenging. Global Pet Foods not only has bird supplies, they have an excellent selection of food, treats, and toys.
