Attendant was really great! She helped us pick out the right booties for our small dog. We tried on like three different pairs. She was so patient even though the store was closing. Thank you so much! We really appreciated it!

Asking questions about products I'm going to buy and they don't seem to know answers. Upto a point I'm asking about something i can give my puppy who has a small medical issue at the moment both staff decide to walk off and help other people in the store leaving me at the counter unattended. What's the point of having staff that don't know much about products you sell in your store and that are disrespectful and walk off to attend to other people. Disgusting!

Very good customer service and has variety treats for all type of dogs. I enjoy shopping here because it always got what I need or want, and sometimes a little more than I need. Lol. James is knowledgeable, great recommendations and ensure customer satisfaction!

The owners are Korean, and very helpful, friendly and no pressure sales. This is a great alternative to the giant Petsmart down the 401/Kennedy.

Although, the selection is smaller, we get our Acana brand from here.

Great selection for diet and toys love the help and honest opinions of the store keepers (an asian man and woman) always so hospitable towards me and my puppy. As for the "discrimination" towards black people its NOT true. Ive met one of the young women who claims was targeted. She was rowdy and disrespectful to the shop keeper. Naturally he asked her to leave and he did not sell her the item (s) she wanted. So she commented and most likely got friends and family and/or created fake accounts to say the exact same comment only worded differently. Please be aware of this!

Convenient location in a neighborhood, has good selection of dog food and supplements. I usually get my dogs supplements and food here now because they carry orijen senior dog food.

There is an asian man that follows black people around the store. I would give this location a BIG ZERO. Learn to respect other races!

My dog loves the treats we get from this store. They have what look like home baked dog cookies, and a very good variety of dog food products, toys, and accessories. They often give samples when we buy something for our dog. They have very friendly service and have taken good precautions against the covid crisis.

I have been going to this location for over a year since I got my dog and and the staff there is just amazing.

Rowena, the store's clerk was exceptionally helpful when i came in to browse. In fact, i came back to buy my pet cat a cute little mouse for a buck! They have amazing variety. Definitely a place to check out if you're local.

This is our go to pet store to buy our husky's dog food. Small place but has the necessary for pets. Wish they would be open a little later but makes sense its a store for pets not people. But pets have late night needs too lol anyways its a great store, to buy toys, pet accessories and of course cat and dog food. They have a free pet card where if you buy this many you get a bag free. A little pricey than walmart but worth the money. Friendly staff and you also get experienced suggestions and free samples.

Great store, they have more selection of products than other branches which is kind of weird. The cashier and possibly the owner is pleasant and will help you carry your stuff!
