This is my go to pet store. They have reasonable prices, tons of selection, amazing staff and great selection of bones. Always a pleasure to come

The level of knowledge the staff has is quite unique. I believe the owner himself helped us and spent a good ten minutes going through different brands and genuinely wanted to help us find a better food for our dog. Terrific service and the store is well organized. I definitely recommend this actual location. There’s so many places you can choose but this store has a familiarity to it. Well done.

The only pet store in town that sells pet food that my dog can eat. (She is allergic to all poultry and fish/shellfish).
We buy natural and delicious (either lamb or boar). I've failed to find it anywhere else.
Staff is very friendly. My dogs love it when they get to tag along to this store. They are always offered a treat.

The reason for 3 stars is that Global Pet Foods do not sell water bowls or water stations for pets. Food & Water!

I have been using Global Pet Foods on Scott St. St. Catharines for almost 2 years since rescuing
my dog, Fletcher.
From the Manager, Assistant and Service reps I have received professional, friendly and caring advice. They take time to understand my needs, my budget, my frustrations in finding the right food, treats and chewing bones. I have been given samples to help determine the right food for Fletcher. It was the Manager who hit the jackpot in taking Fletcher to the raw meat doors after 18 months of kibble frustration.
Nadia, Andrea, Breanna, Christine, Brooke and others whose names I have yet to learn all qualify for the best service awards you can offer them. They make my monthly Seniors Day visit fun.
The treats from the last visit made Fletcher wag his tail as he waited in the car knowing full well that he was going to be as happy as I was for yet another month. Thank you, Global.
