Friendly knowledgeable staff, lots of pet food & toys to choose from, decent $ prices.

10.00 for a bully stick!
65.00 for a plain dog sweater.
Very terrible customer service and staff have no idea what products they actuallly have. Always checking a computer then wandering to find said product. It's really one of the most expensive and worst stores I've ever been to.

Come here a few times a month with my dogs - very friendly staff.

I hope the owner reads this review. I was bringing a puppy back to my client in Hamilton and stopped in to pick up some chewing treats for her. I like the Fromm's brand food and was going to insist my client return here and continue feeding this brand of food.
The lady behind the counter was so rude. She was bullying her two younger staff members and made one of the girls so nervous that she was obviously very rattled.
Someone had left a motorized scooter in the middle of the store and walked out and just left it there and the lady was very visibly angry about this. She was rude to the security man who showed up to address her issue and then when I had finished paying and was gathering up my items at the cash she took a bag of food from the counter beside her and threw it on top of my items.
This bag of food was for the lady waiting in line behind me. She was having a little temper tantrum and seemed to want the customers gone. Her behavior was ridiculous. When I continued on to meet my client I suggested she go to Pet Smart to buy her dog's lifetime of food. I'm tough and can brush this treatment off off but I wouldn't want someone else to experience this treatment.
If she keeps this up this store will lose a lot of business. You have already lost mine and all of my clients.

In this tough economy this is not the way to thrive.
I would definitely recommend you not go to this business.
