We were getting our first dog and this worker got us what we needed, like foods, accessories, toys, brush, etc. Customer service is great and products are high quality. Only thing is that its really pricey, for 3 rubber toys we got was around 50 bucks. Overall, good place.

Always friendly service. Love that they get the large bags of food for you and then carry it out to your car without being asked.

We got our first dog in our life time, staff helped us so well to get the right stuff for our golden retriever puppy

This place is terrible. Many years ago I came in to buy cat food for a friend. Spoke to a lady about ingredients cats shouldn't eat, and asked what she recommended, she gave me a food so I went with it. After buying I checked ingredients (it was terrible) and she said "well you bought it" and smiled. Entered today to try again and not a single person working there said hello to me. Even said hello to the guy at the cat section. 4 white people. 1 light skin asian lady. Why not even reply to me? Is it because I am brown skin?

Nicest people ever over there and so helpful. Literally everytime I overload myself there’s someone right there asking if I need a hand or to take my items to the front. Always wonderful to talk to and they all put up with me taking our photos of my babies when I’m paying lol. Thank you!

Our experience at this location was so unique, we've never been treated like this at any store. I had seen this place several times and thought of checking it out for our first puppy. I hardly walked in, and in the next moment, an angel named Jaimee came to offer her help. She helped me out with a lot of info and advice, and got me everything I needed too.
Another time I needed a seat cover, she actually came out an set it up in my car to make sure it fits and save me the trouble to bring it back in case it didn't.
Another angel, Tobey was very helpful and patient.
All the staff here are very kind, and this would be the best pet supplies store in the world.
Our puppy Asher did not get to socialize much due to the current pandemic circumstances, and so he's wary with strangers.
Jaimee asked me to bring Asher in, and to make him comfortable, came out in the freezing cold to meet him outside at the car.
He took to Jaimee and Tobey like his friends.
Well, I could go on and on.

I have been coming to the Worthington global pet foods over 5 years now for both my dogs. Employees and management both convinced me to switch over to raw diet and I have looked back since. My dogs are healthy, happy and such great shape. I know i can always count on them for them having everything I need from supplements, toys, food and accessories. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Highly recommend this store if you're looking for staff and management that truly care about your pets! I switched from PetSmart to this location about 5 years ago and I couldn't be happier. Nikki takes her time to make sure our dog gets the best grooming he can and always gives us the best service. You can tell that the entire staff is very passionate and knowledgeable about their work, they're more than willing to help you out and always go the extra mile to make sure you're happy!

This is my favourite location to go to when I need any pet food/toys. One of the employees at this location, Nav, is really helpful and great at assisting me with finding the right food and treats for my dog.

Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff. I've been doing a lot of online orders with them during the COVID lockdown and they're usually ready for pickup within the hour, a lot faster than some of the other stores out there.

Never again will I step foot in a PetSmart ever again. The associates at this location really care and love animals, and for any pet owner this holds tremendous value. Love the location, easy in and out with no hassle. Highly recommend.

The Worthington Global Pet Foods is the only place I'll ever shop for my pups & my kitties. The customer service that is given here by management as well as all of the employees nothing short of excellence. Everyone in this store works very hard and as quick as possible to ensure customers get exactly what they want and need. All employees are attentive and pay attention to detail when it comes to their recommendations. They are extremely educated and knowledgeable about all of their products and are thoughtful, accommodating, considerate and pleasant. I will always come here for anything & everything I need. Love this location's service! All associates are super friendly and love dogs! The associates know about the products which really helps when deciding what is best for my little guy!

Have been going to this location for a long time for grooming. The new groomer by the name of Disha is very disrespectful and does not listen to the dog owners i.e customers who are actually paying. Will now be going to a different groomer who values customers and talks to them with respect. Will not be going to Global Pets again.

We went here before getting our pup. Jamie was amazing. She walked us through everything we needed to know and answered any questions we had. Other staff are also very friendly. We get all our puppies’ treats, toys, and other dog stuff from here

Really knowledgeable staff that works here. My cat is very finicky with both his food and litter and every time I come here, they always have a solution for me. There are some products I wish they’d sell rather than me having to make a trip to 2 pet stores, but nevertheless it’s close to my house when I need to run out abs get something.

Tina, Jaimee & Brandon are the best! They look after you and your pet. The store is fully stocked with healthy pet food, treats and supplies. You guys are awesome! Thank you!

I have been shopping at this store for years. Always greeted with a welcome. The store is clean and items are easily located on their shelves. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable!

Amazing customer service. They remember all their customers, owners and animals, so you really feel valued and know that they care.

OMG Best experience I've ever had at a pet store in general. Its like. If you died and went to heaven. In heaven u have as many animals as you want and when its time to buy food, toys, medicine, etc, they have a global pet food store there. You go inside the store and have a stress free experience, all your questions are met with honesty, truthfulness, and well known PHacts. What I am ultimately getting at here is, shopping at the Global Pet Foods on Worthington Ave and Bovaird drive W, is at best comparable to shopping in heaven. ;D

The staff there are so friendly. You're very knowledgeable and will do their best to help you any way you can. I had one of the employees offered to bring me my cat food when it arrived because they are aware I don't like driving in the snow. I was so thankful for them

I would just let to post my review of this Global Pet Foods as I was really appreciative of the staff that work there. I am a new cat owner and I was inquiring on which brands and types of cat food would work best for my cat.
Store Operator Brandon Persaud assisted me and answered all my questions which resulted in me purchasing the best cat food for my kitten. My kitten loves the food she got and I will definitely be returning to this store as not only was the customer service top notch, the workers were all kind and helpful.

As a first time dog owner, the staff were really friendly and most importantly knowledgeable as they helped me prepare my home for my newborn puppy. From dog beds, their foods, diet needs, all the way to which tooth brush to use. Their experience and expertise were quite helpful. Thank you to Jaimie espcially that made every transition for my puppy a smooth one.

Tina, the owner, is a great and ambitious girl. Clearly very knowledgeable about pets and her products. Lappie and Vodje have never looked and smelled better, will be hard to offer anything but raw foods from now on. Definitely recommend! Also great treats for the eyes.

Best pet shop in town. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, also the pet food sold there is of all well trusted brands that don't use bad ingredients. A few times a year they do events there when you can bring your pets and win treats for them, make friends and of course get products on sale.

I have been shopping at this store for about 2 years and I cannot say enough about the incredible staff. Regardless of who helps me, the experience is always above and beyond what I have experienced at other pet stores. The staff are absolutely phenomenal! Friendly, courteous, most importantly very knowledgeable, and always go out of their way to help. We recently moved over an hour away and continue to shop here, even though we have other stores closer to us, the experience is worth the drive.

I had a lovely little visit in this store today. I usually go to another pet store to purchase my dog food but we were grocery shopping in the area and I decided to pop in as I needed dog food. The store was clean and easy to navigate. They unfortunately did not have the size of bag I needed but the staff member was very apologetic and professional. The staff member went the extra mile to help me update some info on my account that needed to be updated. All in all it was a very positive visit. There was even a cute little bunny to visit with! I will definitely be returning to purchase food + pet supplies in the future.

This is the best place you can go for your pet food and toys. Owned by a young entrepreneur who's main focus is customer service. Been in so many wonderful conversations with other customers too. Highly recommended.
