I have shopped here for a couple years now. At first I put up with the elitist attitude from the staff. They told me the the Global pet food house brand food that I was feeding my dog was no good. I thought this was weird because they are a Global pet food, but I believed them and switched to a much more expensive food at their recommendation. I tolerated that one of their staff continues to wear a plastic face mask which does not protect customer's health. But, I decided I would no longer shop there when I was patronized by the same plastic mask wearing staff member who accused me of not caring for my pet's health based on my treat choice. Went to the Global on Victoria and had a far better experience.

Excellent variety of pet foods and accessories. The staff are also knowledgeable regarding proper diet for your pet, besides being friendly and efficient. Best pet store in the area! Highly recommended! (I moved to Cambridge a year ago, but make the 20 minute drive to purchase from this particular store because of the range of goods and efficient service)!

Did curbside pickup and the person who came out didn’t have a mask. Got home and realized my dog food was stale dated to 7 months ago. Called and they didn’t seem to care. Won’t be going back to this location anymore

The one going out 24beside Sam's burgers great store, helpful staff, others i have been in don't show prices upfront very crooked!

I was not allowed in (covid restrictions), and forgot my payment card. Was picking up food for a friend's doggie. And they were super helpful, got my missing card processed (thanks mobile app) super kind and polite; definitely looking forward to my next adventure.

This is the best place for your pet needs.

I used to live out of town and I would drive 40 minutes to receive the support this store and the staff offer. Luckily I live closer now.

They have helped me and my fur family countless times with their insight, knowledge and love for animals. They genuinely care about you and your pets, and they make you feel that way too. The staff here is amazing!

First time going there. There were two staff members working today, one lady was super friendly and helpful and the other, a man who was incredibly rude. Why work at a job where you deal with customers on a daily basis if you clearly don't like it? Way to ruin a location. Likely won't be back.

Always have been kind and helpful, especially during this pandemic, I am disabled and my car broke down in March too much $$ to repair. They have gone out of their way to help our kitties. Wonderful staff and owner. Very caring.

The Staff here are always so friendly and helpful. They always have what I need, and have never had an issue with them being out of stock of anything. The reward program is great too, since most places do not offer rewards. Doggo Approved:)

I called to ask how to go about buying food during Covid. Poor customer service, essentially said they don’t care about maintaining me as a costumer. I’ll be switching to the Acton location.

I do not understand why people would come to this location when there are way better alternatives out there. Things they are selling are overpriced for what you can pay online or elsewhere. Limited selection makes the travel to PetValu or PetSmart worth it. Let alone their coupons are poorly worded and misleading.

Wow. I understand making sacrifices during this outbreak but getting yelled at to stand in an exact spot while u get what I need I have been coming here for years but it all stops today. There is no need to act like a dictator. If you know exactly what you want go to amazon and save yourself alot of money.

The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. My dog is shy of new people usually, but she likes the folks here, and that speaks volumes to me!

I'm old school. I expect friendly helpful respectful service. Sadly I rarely see that now. I dropped in to Global and the most extrodinary thing happened. A young man offerered assistance and he knew everything about the products. He couldn't have been nicer. I must have been dreaming; I swear he called me "Sir" I'll only shop for Pumpkin - the Wonder Cat there. They deserve your business.

The staff at this location are so helpful and knowledgeable! They have provided great recommendations on many occasions for both my cat and my dog. They carry high quality foods and are passionate about their brands. I always feel reassured and well informed with every purchase!

I can't say enough great things about this place. Every staff member I've ever spoken to are so knowledgeable and helpful. I drive across town passing numerous pet stores to purchase from them.
They have helped me deal with a few problems I was having with a couple of my pets that even my vet couldn't help with. So happy to have found them!

I went in looking for a treat for my senior Chihuahua whose teeth are getting sensitive and she’s having a harder time eating her treats.
I asked for help and suggestions, only to be told that my choice of dog food is terrible and full of sugar, (my dog food is all natural, vet recommended) that my one dog was taken off her mom too soon (she was three months when I got her, I met the mother father and the rest of the litter) my lab who I had to put down in April who was 16 was too young and that dogs should be living until they are 30, and our dogs should be kept outside and hunt on there own, with days of fasting. The rant lasted about 15 minutes, and at the end of wasn’t told a good suggestion for a treat for my dog.

Terrible service, very rude staff as well as uneducated on the products they sell. Called in to see if they carried a certain type of dog food and they ended up hanging up. *if you use CBD for your pet, do not purchase it here*

Its a complete work in progress with my dog and his food allergies but I truly think the staff at this particular location want to see animals happy and healthy. They are so kind and spent over an hour with me trying to give me suggestions on how to get my dog healthier- I have already recommended you to my coworker! Keep up the great work! You can really tell you opened this store for the love of healthy animals:)

Exceptionally well staffed with knowledgeable people who genuinely care about animals and providing the best possible foods. Since switching my 5 dogs to a raw food diet (which was done with the help and guidance of Global) I have seen all dogs have increased energy, a better coat and overall better health. I couldn't have done it without the help and guidance of the experts at Global.
